Habe bei cowel Holland eine Winterjacke bestellt, erst hieß es die Jacke sei versendet, dann die Lieferung verzögert sich, dann nichts mehr. Kundendienst per Mail angeschrieben keine Antwort. Telefonnummer in Holland klingelt nicht mal.

Il 19 agosto ho acquistato tutto il pacchetto PINNACLE STUDIO 26 ULTIMATE. Da quel momento la funzione importa, non esisteva più, pertanto non ho potuto più effettuare importazione di alcun segnale video. Le indicazioni per l'assistenza, sono state nulle, ed a tutt'oggi posso fare. Quasi sicuramente, nonostante aver speso abbastanza per il pacchetto acquistato, passerò ad un altro programma che ha un'assistenza valida. Il mio n.ro di riferimento è 413793500 n.ro fattura: AKD-736105856826 del 19 agosto 2023.

Habe bei Cowel Regenjacke bestellt,Wartezeit 3Wochen. Habe laut Tabellen die Größe bestellt. JACKE heute angekommen und habe die Größe eines Chinesen bekommen. Laut Adresse kommt die Ware aus Holland doch in echt aus China. Rückversand zu teuer. Also Finger weg von dem Laden. ☹️🙁

Meine Seriennummer für Corelpro funktioniert nach Umstieg auf neuen Rechner nicht mehr. Sollte kein Problem sein. Habe mein Corel Konto aufgerufen, und auch die (gleiche)dort angegebene Nummer funktioniert nicht. Beim Versuch, Support zu erhalten, kam ich in einen unendlichen Kreislauf. Ich sollte mein Produkt angeben, von dort kam ich in mein Konto, von dort in den Support, dann sollte ich mein Produkt angeben....
Ich finde das Programm super, aber Corel ist Mist.

I have problems exporting photos with Corel's After Pro photo editing software. I can only export a few photos at a time. I reached out to the customer service team. It took nearly a week before they replied and then they told me to email them a screenshot. I explained the problem previously: the software freezes and crashes. No screenshot is available of this. They reply in 1 sentence emails to my emails asking irrelevant questions. It’s as if they are finding ways not to deal with my complaint. I wished I had signed up with Adobe Lightroom instead. Would not recommend.

Retired Grandmother not using product. Corel wiped out bank account for automatic renewal not authorized.
Customer Service issued a full refund. The refund only took a couple business days to receive. Thank you Corel!

Corel Draw used to be my "go to" for design, photo manipulation and video editing. Corel Draw was an incredible piece of software. Not any more. The customer service is almost none existent. The advertising is misleading at best and downright lies at the worst. I honestly couldn't tell you if the software is still as good as it used to be as when I downloaded and attempted to install the "free trial" of Corel Draw it asked me for a credit or debit card. Uninstalled. The Corel group are now basing their income, not on the once excellent software but now hoping that the people who give their credit or debit cards during the installation of the "free trial" software are going to forget to cancel (if they in fact want to) before the end of the trial and then they get charged and Corel get the revenue despite most people thinking it was free software. Morally wrong and sustainable only until it becomes unsustainable when their potential customers realise just what a bunch of misleading, untruthful, redirecting tricksters the Coral company have become. Absolutely shameful and after over 30 years of using their software (and paying for it) I have uninstalled everything to do with the Coral company and will sadly never use them again. At the moment Corel Draw is at an exorbitant price which is probably why the Corel Company base their business on simply anticipating people will forget they have given their financial details and will therefore be charged after the "Trial" period. Don't do it!
EDIT: As of Aug 24th 2023, The Corel company now have a 91% 1 star rating. Simply stated, this means that of all the reviews on Trust Pilot over 90% are bad reviews. I think that it's time that someone high up in Corel gets fired.

I bought Corel Painter 23 from their official website.
Language can't be changed. No language options when installing.
MOST terrible thing is, their sales team, customer team and tech team offered no useful solution on this. And they are very good at kicking ball from an apartment to another. They just sent me a link for windows even though I mentioned that my computer is MacBook.
Ridiculous Company.

I purchased Paintshop Pro and several subsequent upgrades. I recently had to replace my computer, but Corel's horrific website only had download links for trial programs. Registered programs who as the serial number, but no download links are available.

I contacted "customer service" and they informed me that my more recent registered products were somehow "trial serial numbers" that I SOMEHOW managed to register.

Corel's trials do NOT provide a serial number and the website is very specific about not allowing you to enter your own products-they get automatically linked after purchase.

I am now stuck with losing out on several years worth of PURCHASED products. DO NOT use this company. They are a bunch of frauds.

Arbeite sehr gerne mit dem Programm, bin jetzt allerdings auf das Macbook Pro umgestiegen und hatte auf meinem alten PC (Betriebssystem Windows) das CorelDraw Standard 2021.

Leider funktioniert die Standard Version auf dem Macbook nicht, sondern nur die Vollversion die gleich mal über 700€ kostet.
Nach Rückfrage beim Support gibts auch keine andere Möglichkeit. Also entweder kauf ich mir die Vollversion oder ein neues Notebook.
Verstehe nicht so ganz warum man nicht die Standard Version auch fürs Mac rausbringen kann, hab jetzt ein Programm für das ich Geld bezahlt habe und kann es nicht nutzen.

Corel versendet mehrmals hintereinander falsche Produktkeys. Sogar einen gebrauchten Produktkey, der einem anderen Kunden gehört. Ich selbst kann die Lizenzen nicht nutzen, aber auch nicht selbst im Account löschen. Seit Monaten versuche ich das Problem zu lösen, doch der Corel Chat ist unbrauchbar. Man bekommt zu hören, dass der technische Support sich melden würde. Und dabei bleibt es dann. Bzw. bekommt man ein paar Tage später lediglich eine Nachricht, dass Corel ja nichts mehr von einem gehört hätte und den Fall dann schließt. Unprofessionell und dubios. Man wird zwangsweise in ein Abo gedrängt, obwohl man eine Wartungslizenz jahrelang bezahlt hat, die einem davor schützen sollte (vor dem Abo-Modell).
Ich habe kein Problem mit Abos. Ich habe ein Problem mit Intransparenz, Ignoranz und leeren Versprechen.
Ganz ehrlich: Finger weg von Corel, nutzen Sie lieber Adobe Produkte!!!

Used to love the products but I wanted to upgrade to the 2023 Paintshop Pro and I asked the customer support, if the new version will work with my older plug-ins. They said that I'd have to buy the program in order to find out- very condescending & they also weren't any help when the plugins actually didn't work with the new version. I started several customer support conversations & they were completely worthless. The only thing they did well was refund my payment for the program.

Pathetic little scammers just out to screw as much as possible out of unsuspecting customers.
I bought videostudio ultimate x10 a couple of years ago, mainly just to stitch photos into a video.
I recently bought another camera that shoots video in .mov format - which the program is supposed to handle but it doesn't, it just tells me the vide format is wrong.
So I called their customer service who basically told me that unless I buy the latest version I get no help whatsoever.
I've been through this pathetic little cycle several time over the past 10 or 15 years with this company and I'm absolutely sick to death of them, they can shove their product and their company, I'll never buy anything from them again and would strongly advise anyone who wants to edit videos to use a real company instead.

Corel hat den schlechtesten Support aller Softwarehersteller! Ich setze Corel Produkte seit 40 Jahren ein und hatte seit dem Jahre 2000 IMMER Probleme mit dem Support. Es kommen meistens Antworten wie: "Die Programmversion wird von uns nicht mehr gespottet!" oder "Überprüfen Sie Ihre Hardware..." oder nur Antworten die mich nicht weiterbringen oder nichts mit meiner Frage zum Programm zu tun haben. Seit 2016 bauen fast alle Corel Produkte nach versuchten Programmstart eine Internetverbindung zu Corel auf. Sollte diese wegen Überlastung scheitern, kann man das Programm nicht nutzen (CorelDRAW usw.) oder nur nach einer Wartezeit von bis zu 30 Min. Ich habe immer wieder versucht mit neuen Versionen (insgesamt 9) diese und andere Programmfehler zu korrigieren, aber es wird (trotz immer neuer Hardware) immer langsamer und sobald man die Programme intensiver nutzt stößt man auf immer mehr Programmfehler. Ich habe es jetzt aufgegeben mir Produkte von Corel zu kaufen. Immer der gleiche Sche**** in anderer Verpackung

Bought Pinnacle Studio 26 from Amazon Sarl. No sign of a key. Explained the situation several times to Corel. They keep say look for software library under Orders, doesn't exist and then keep asking for proof of purchase when I have already provided it. Utterly incompetent and useless.

Lizenz bei Galaxus Digitec gekauft, Produkte key erhalten ohne jeglichen direkt link! Nach langem suchen konnte ich den key über die gratis Testversion eingeben! Seit 4 tagen erfolglose versuche das Programm zu installieren! Bricht immer ab, Hinweis Internet Probleme! Nichts hilft, firewal deaktivieren, Browser Schutz deaktivieren etc.! System top, höher als Anforderungen! Support reagiert nicht auf Ticket! Auch auf Twitter keine Antwort auf anfragen! Kontakt Versuch über YouTube Kanal in Kommentaren der neusten Videos auch keine Reaktion! Die Kommentare wurden einfach ohne Reaktion gelöscht, innerhalb kürzester Zeit! Grenzt für mich an betrug! Galaxus Digitec lehnt auch jegliche Garantie oder Rückzahlung ab! Ich fühle mich gerade so derartig verarscht von 2 grossen unternehmen das glaubt kein Mensch! Diese 2 unternehmen verdienen an mir definitiv nie wieder einen Franken!

Takes months to get one ticket done and their track is to just respond with gibberish. Never follow through the real need and nor take any effort to understand the problem.

What an unprofessional company!
I purchased an additional tool (animation) for my Pinnacle Studio, and received a payment confirmation from Corel.
This was on 14.2.23. Until today (1.3.23) I have still not received the purchased/paid product, instead I received unprofessional/unclear replies from the customer service (actually, the word service is wrong as there is no service with Corel) to my several
e-mails asking whereabout my product and how/when same will be delivered to me.
Finally, I decided to ask for a money refund.
However, this seems to be another never ending story with far too much and complicated admin work involved.
Today I am stuck with a debit on my credit card, but no product recived!
In my world this is called "unjustified enrichment”!!

Bought wordperfect 2 days ago, having java script error, have triede reinstalling java, browsers, turning off norton 360, multiple calls to corel indian support, no help, no supervisor available, no technicians available, waiting on an email. this is the worst tech support i have ever encountered, bar none.\
