Völlig unfähiger und Unfreudlicher Support. Man kauft eine völlig überteuerte Software, aber sobald man Hilfe benötigt ist man verlassen. Da wird dann das Gespräch einfach beendet wenn man nicht mehr weiter weiß. Dann wird nachträglich per Email darauf gepocht die neuen Produkte zu verkaufen, anstatt Probleme zu lösen. So ist man gezwungen seine Probleme selber zu lösen. Als Krönung feiert Corel sich dann noch dafür das die Probleme behoben wurden. Jedoch NICHT von Corel.

Corel discontinued the user forums for their products a while ago. It was an easy way to quickly find out about something.
They disbanded the forums because it was a growing collection of all the errors in their products. There was also critical talk about this deaf and dumb company.

Thee send me the possility to update to paint shop pro ultimate 2023 for 41,99. When I click on the link I get a price 69,99? Ok, I send a mail to support for explanation Domplein and than they send me a new offer for 59,49. What are they doing over there? What are the thinking.

J'ai acheté un pack ultime de pinceaux, je n'ai a ce jour reçu aucun de ces pinceaux, un paiement qui ne s'est pas déroulé comme prévu, une commande qui traîne depuis trop longtemps, un exécutable qui Corel m'as fourni pour installer les pinceaux mais qui n'installe rien a part du vide . Un service client qui laisse a désirer. Je n'ai pas l'habitude de dire ça mais c'est Une belle arnaque ces promotions !!! Un conseil créé vos propres pinceaux. Très mécontent.Corel a vos pinceaux !!!

I have been a Corel customer and user fo 20 years. Each new version gets more intricate and gets more erratic. I installed the new 2024, and so far,
have been able to use it for no more than a couple of days at a time without failures. These failures are now costing me money due to canceled orders.

Just got their video editor for a trial, already found least 4 shortcuts on my desktop, after installation, for no reason.
Also, why would they force you into having an account on their website for just a simple quick trial?
Hello Corel, this is 2024 and not 2004. Wake up.

I've been working in Windows CorelDraw for 25 years and I'm used to the fact that it's useless to contact Corel technical support, because they know no more than User Guide and it's a waste of time to follow their recommendations. That's why I studied everything myself and didn't contact to support anymore.
But when Apple stopped supporting bootcamp, I had to work in MacOS and there were problems with Quickcorrect, Corel crashed and appeared Chinese hieroglyphs, that could not be removed.
I contacted support, Ameer Aukloo tried to help me, but it was, as before, a waste of time.
I was lucky that Mr. Kenneth D'sa began to work with my problem, he was very attentive to this, we contacted many times and Mr. Kenneth D'sa fixed everything, and also answered all the questions, but which I could not find answers for 25 previous years.

Corel kontaktiert, entsprechende Daten zu gesendet.
Antwort kam prompt und am nächsten Tag ein Online Termin mit einer Technikerin. Sie hatte den Fehler Ruck Zuck gefunden.... ein Treiber für den Plotter hatte sich eingemogelt und blockte die RTX Grafikkarte. Problem wurde beseitigt, nun läuft der Motor wieder rund.... Super freundlich, sehr schnell und kompetent. Einfach Klasse ***** sind noch zu wenig.

Corel is unresponsive. Their website just makes me go in circles.

I bought the 2021 video editor and my computer could not handle it. I finally was able to buy a better computer and now I can't transfer the $180 corel video editors.

There's NOTHING they can do to change my mind. Corel software and tech support is the very WORST. Corel USED to be a reputable company. My experience is this:

I spent $100 on Video Studio Ultimate 2021 a little over a year ago but didn't attempt to use it until recently when I discovered it didn't work and crashed every time I tried to use it. Sent a tech support request which was answered after a week or so but they wanted me to do a crap load of technical stuff which is way beyond anything anyone should have to do to make it work. They claimed I hadn't updated my Windows system since 2006. They must think we are stupid. Install this, uninstall that, update drivers, etc. OMG SUCH Crap
Can't you just make a program work as advertised ??

I run Windows update regularly ( like almost every day) so there's NO WAY that I have device drivers from 2005. That's total BS.

Folks, SAVE YOUR MONEY and search for something else. Corel USED to be good software company but NOT ANYMORE.

Totally unresponsive! I have just submitted my second request for refund (through Cleverbridge) for the Corel Graphics Suite 2023 that I purchased on 11/22/23. I installed it on 12/13/23. I am extremely disappointed! I have been using Corel Draw for many years and thought that this update would offer new features, the advertised included 7,000 creative assets and would improve my productivity. Instead, a critical feature I need (the page sorter view) has been removed. I have been unable to find the advertised content of 7,000 assets, and most importantly...I crashes EVERY TIME I OPEN AN EXISTING DRAWING! I submitted a support ticket trying to find the assets with no response, then another for the crash issue a week ago, and have received NO RESPONSE. I have also not received a response for my request for refund from yesterday!

Selbst ein Stern ist zuviel !!! Ware ist der letzte Müll einen Retoureschein oder Adresse zum zurücksenden gibt es nicht. Abzocke Betrug.

Man bekommt Ware aus China die gar nicht der EU Größen entspricht, obwohl wir auch dachten die Ware kommt aus Holland. Also passt nicht, rückversand geht nur nach China heißt man soll die hohen Kosten auch noch selbst tragen oder man kriegt 30% rabbit beim nächsten Einkauf wenn man den sch... behält 😡😡😡
Und Versand dauert auch ewigkeiten!!!
Wird definitiv kein weiteres Mal bestellt.

Finger weg von Cowel.de, Jacke bestellt, kam auch an in Größe L aber nicht nach EU Standard, sondern China Größe, wollte die Jacke zurückschicken kann ich machen aber nur auf meine Kosten, es steht davon nichts im Rückgaberecht, Support unmöglich

Start getting worst and worst. If you don`t buy the latest version the actual version you use it is manipulated in the background by the company to make you upset and purchase the version.
I started with corel 3 and I have my custom workspace I use with my tools all of them and the adjustments are saved but I can use them only for few months until they mess up all in the background.
I never used the touch workspace but on 1st December all the rest just disappeared.
I will not purchase it again.
I will start to use Illustrator.

Had to reinstall my 2020 version of Paint shop Pro for which I bought a "lifetime licence". The software wouldn't install and the agent I spoke to was clearly not interested in helping. They then told me to buy their latest software as the solution - I don't want to, I have a "lifetime licence" for PSP 2020! When I told them that this felt misleading and that I'd be taking my business back to their main competitor Adobe, the agent pretty much just said "fine I'm closing your support ticket byeeee!" Absolute joke. Avoid this company like the plague. It's such a shame because the software is a good alternative to Adobe's Photoshop. Funny how the software couldn't be reinstalled, yet even with a deep clean of my PC's program folder, Corel are STILL spamming my PC with popups for their latest products - that works but your actual software doesn't!? Disgrace.

Ich habe einen Plüschwintermantel bestellt. Sah so toll aus auf dem Bild. Bekommen habe ich ein fusselndes Objekt ,das weder Winter noch Ausgeh tauglich ist! Unverschämt und absolute ver....... Mein Bademantel ist dicker und sieht schöner aus als dieser angebliche Wintermantel !!!
