Jeg har brugt Coreldraw i mange mange år og været virkelig glad for programmet. En dag holdt det op med at virke, og jeg skulle købe et nyt - dvs nu abonnere på det nyeste. KORS hvor er det elendigt i forhold til tidligere versioner. Meget er langt mere besværligt og en del funktioner er slet og ret fjernet. Elendigt program nu som afgjort ikke kan anbefales.
Horrible support
Their tech support is the absolute worst. They sent you a link to the same support page over and over via e-mail and never provided any real suggestions. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results."
Unstable - DO NOT BUY!
As part of work I have been using Corel for over 25 years. Unfortunately I have no choice but to use it. However, you do! I have so many gripes with Corel, but the main and biggest one, is that it is unstable. Once a file is anyway big, the programme crashes. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I bought Coreldraw 7.0 and have been using it for quite a while. Unfortunately , it was an the computer that it was on became faulty. I tried reinstalling it on another computer but, although I have my serial number and a Coral account to prove I bought it legitimately, I can not get an access code to validate the product. Corel will not give me one, as they say they no longer support the product. But I do not want support, just the product that I paid for to work. What a rip off! Beware!
The product has too many bugs.
Corel VideoStudio has a mysterious bug that is over 3 years old and they do not have a solution. While burning an ISO you will get a message "Convert step got some problems." Their solution is to use VideoStudio MyDVD, but that also has a problem - you cannot create a custom menu template. A cryptic error appears and just shuts down. I feel like I paid for a bicycle with only one wheel... = (
Avoid - spam and product worse
Stupid me, I bought PaintShopP\ro. Not only is it worse than the JASC original, but it keeps popping up upgrade buy now spam.

Faktycznie Corel czy tam teraz Alludo to scam i pajace. Kasują zakupione produkty z konta debile.
Miałem na swoim koncie Corel zarejestrowane dwa produkty Corel Paint i Essentials. Te durnie robili jakiś downgrade wizulany strony posiadanych produktów i moje licencje zostały wykasowane. Teraz kiedy wchodze w swoje produkty na stronie Corel.com. to moje aktywowane produkty znikneły. Widnieje tylko jakiś Produkt Corel opisany jako "niezidentyfikowany" to banda durnych pajacy jest. Obsługa techniczna zbywa , że załozy Ticket i cześć. Kupiłem dwa a teraz nie mam żadnego. Serio lepiej bylo to pobrać z torrentów a nie utrudnić sobie tak życie oryginalnym produktem, ktory jest wacka wart. Tak samo jak i cały dział IT Corela. Banda imbecyli. Serio zmieniając szate graficzną strony kasujecie zakupione produkty klientów? Brawo Kanada..!

Horror Service
As a lifetime customer of Coreldraw and the Corelsuite I did an incredible amount of work in Corel. Somewere between 2018 and 2021 the software became horrible slow. And this happened many time before with nearly every release of Corel. In update 1 or 2 that was always fixed.
In version 2021 It was possible to get 1 fix, and all the rest where preserved for montly paying customers. My system seemed to "too old" and the ticket was closed. So I bought a new system. Now my system is too new. . . .so the ticket is closed again. And again by Simone.
The only solution Corel provided was for me to buy a complete new version with a minor discount as replacement for the version that didn't work from day one.
Version 2018 (and any other version for that) still works ok on any system. Corel has changed to a milking cow facility with just a fraction of what service they ever had.

They are forcing me to upgrade when this version works perfectly for me. I love the software but am not happy my lifetime software is unusable. I just filed a complaint to the Canadian Government.

Venali, inefficienti, presuntuosi, arroganti e sopratutto cari. Sono anni che uso prodotti Corel, l'assistenza tecnica è grottesca, esasperatamente lenta ed inefficace, i prezzi elevati sopratutto per gli upgrade che spesso non hanno miglioramenti consistenti; i programmi "non tutti" sarebbero buoni, ma ormia a questi prezzi c'è di meglio specie per il videoediting.
Unbelievably horrible customer …
Unbelievably horrible customer service. I've been using PaintShop Pro since v3 and never has this issue. PaintShop Pro v2023 saves images to a different folder than the original folder it was opened from. And it's not the same every time. I have to hunt down where the file was saved. I have to hit "Save As" every time to ensure it's going back to its original folder. "Save" is the problem. No program does this. Corel chat and phone support is non-existent. Everything ends up thru email, and I suspect it's robot driven as it totally ignores what my complaint is and what I've already done to attempt the fix the issue. I'll be searching for new software to use.
The customer service is horrendous
The customer service is horrendous. We have 4 computers using Corel. 2 got upgraded properly to 2022, and 2 got put on cloud subscription. I've been trying to fix this issue for 2 years. they refuse. Now I have to pay another yearly subscription fee for a version that is NOT what I ordered. I've been down all day during my busiest week of the year so far and they refuse to let me talk to anyone who can even understand English. It's supposedly been escalated, but they can't give me a timeframe. The agent refused to even tell me if they would get back to me this week or this month.
I would not recommend. I'm currently investigating alternatives. Maybe paying for Adobe products is worth the price because my entire company won't be held hostage while they play games, hang up, close tickets and put me on repeated, extended holds and pretend they can't find the account.

Funny, I just read the previous review dated April 2024 and I support what they are saying entirely. I have bought and paid for CorelDraw Suite and all of a sudden I was getting error code 126. Like the previous reviewer, I am 64 years old and have only used Corel for layouts for the associations and events that I volunteer with. I couldn't fix the problem so I called CorelDraw. I spoke to Herve and he told me my version is no longer supported and sent me an email with a link for me to delete and reinstall. I did this and then I was told that I had exceeded my license usage. I called back and they cleared that issue. The message still appears and I can no longer use Corel. I don't know about anybody else but right now living is difficult. The cost of everything has risen so high and I am on a pension. I cannot afford the upsell they tried to give me. I called Customer Service and told them it is difficult to know that I paid, in good faith, to purchase software that they will no longer support. I was told by Bryan, their customer service rep, that they are training technical support personnel on the newest technology (platform versions, etc.) and they would not be able to support older software. I challenged him as I am running Windows 10 - 64 bit platform and majority of the public is still running that as I am sure not everyone has converted to Windows 11 and that was not an accurate argument. He said I was right but there was nothing else Corel would do for me. Not stellar by any stretch of the imagination. If I ever get enough money to be able to buy software it will no longer be Corel. It will be Adobe. Very hurt that I am now left without any ability to volunteer the way I was.
If you ever need a reason to pirate software and think your paying for support, read this review. Never EVER support COREL
As my title says. Support is one of the biggest reasons why people pay for software. As a computer technician, I want to let people know about my experience with Coral. I looked after a 90 year old who loved using coral for photos. It was his absolute Joy. There was some issues with Coral and we had to reinstall it and then found out that we couldn't install it due to some errors. After spending over 3 hours trying everything we could do to get it working we had to contact Coral. Guess how long the average response time from them was 1 week.
1 fricken week for a customer who has paid for their software. The support is literally the worst support ever. They must have the support overseas because it's almost like Chat GPT. The staff have no idea what to do and only give generic scripted responses. And then when they ask for a question and then you reply with the answer - you've got to wait for another week for them to respond.
This 90 year old threw in the towel after waiting for 3 weeks in total for the support. The one thing in his life that he enjoyed he ended up saying, I can't deal with the stress with dealing with Coral.
Of course they won't care - however seeing this deflated man who still can't get his coral software working despite being a paying customer absolutely makes me so angry that companies feel as though this level of support is even acceptable.
I would suggest to anyone who is reading this review - to NEVER EVER support his company. They are literally the worst of the worst and their staff are the bottom of the barrel in terms of quality.
I can't wait for the day that Chat GPT puts them out of a JOB - because Chat GPT has more intelligence and ability than Coral support staff.
If your waiting a week for your response, remember, that's normal. It's almost as though they intentionally do this to hope that customers go find the answer through another means.

Die Firma Corel hat von mir eine Software zurück erhalten. Trotz 30 Tage Rückgabe hat sie bisher über 51 € nicht zurückgezahlt ewiges wir haben Probleme mit der PayPal Ausreden ist nicht das einzige ich kaufe nie wieder bei Corel und werde auch nie wieder irgendetwas mit Corel zu tun haben wollen.
