Great customer service
Great customer service, we ordered a 3 yard skip and had filled it within half an hour of it being delivered. I rang and asked if they were able to come and collect it and deliver another one as soon as possible and they were very accomodating and exchanged for an empty one within 48 hours.

Upon speaking to you on the phone today, to ask if there was an issue, supporting a 4 star review, i am saddened that you just don't feel like giving anyone top marks, even when they provide an excellent service. It is disappointing to say the least, that full marks aren't given just because you don't feel like giving anyone praise, where praise is deserved and earned.
