This is a scam and a waste of time. Unqualified people trying to convince you they are doing physiotherapy. Sitting behind a computer and emailing people exercises is NOT physiotherapy. You are playing a game with people's health and extreme pain and you should be shut down.

This is the worst Healthcare experience…
This is the worst Healthcare experience that I have ever had anywhere in the world. I was referred by my GP for a simple knee treatment. I got three appointments. Each person said that they didn't do the treatment and referred me somewhere else. Total waste of time. I hope to never go there again. No wonder the NHS is in trouble. What a waste.

Appalling
Appalling. Basically a call centre and no coherent plan or treatment. I got a letter in March 26 written in Nov 2025! No management plan in it and no clue.

No stars to give as this is a Quango…
No stars to give as this is a Quango company, clearly set up to gain money through the NHS system. With each so called telephone call, they charge the NHS money per patient. They text first, not a letter, and most patients would ignore that text. There is no qualified physiotherapist att to them. The GPs should know their setup and of the area the patient is in of any physiotherapist, which gives clear indication of malpractice. I have reported them.

Worst service
Telephone consultation offered initially. Cancelled three times. My GP surgery cannot reach them to request a more prompt assessment. Eventually have an appointment with an "MSK Clinician" five weeks later who I later look up on the HCPC register. I cannot find them. Is this person merely a gatekeeper to privately provided NHS services? The appointment is awkward. The clinician clearly wanting to stick to a script/list of questions so ask to see a physiotherapist face to face. Another six week wait. Meanwhile I'm suffering.

Cora Clinic at Nelson Health Centre (SW20 8DA)
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Cora Clinic at the Nelson Health Centre. After waiting over a year for a GP referral for Plantar fasciitis (a condition I’ve suffered from for two years), my experience has been nothing but a waste of time.
Despite having a text and email confirmation for a consultant review and shockwave therapy on 26th February at 8:00 am, absolutely nothing took place. I was met by a physiotherapist who seemed to have no idea why I was there, stating the case needed 'further review' despite my previous appointments. It felt like a cynical 'tick-box' exercise designed to generate income from the NHS without providing actual care.
Cora is a new subcontractor, and the lack of accountability is glaring. Claiming NHS funds while wasting patient time and failing to deliver scheduled treatments is unacceptable. Managers need to address these inefficiencies immediately. I have little confidence that this will be acknowledged, but the system needs to change.

After leaving a bad review about cancelling appointments in my last review got a appointment 4th of feb to book another appointment for 25 feb yet to be cancelled yet again as yet again the clinician isn’t well same excuse as the previous two times company isn’t fit for purpose I am I’m a lot of pain as I have been since around 19th November 25 would never want to deal with this company again what a absolute joke

Had to wait for months for a non existent appointment
Had to wait for months for an appointment. Then Harrow Cora health cancelled an hour before the appointment and said the earliest appointment was 4mths away. When i attended that, got there and was told they did not have it on the system and no one ws available to see me despite me having received text messages and emails about the appointment. I asked they book me another appointment, they said the only appointment they could book in two months time was a phone physio appointment. Did nothing to even try and diagnose what the problem was. Don't waste your time and effort on this organisation. Run by a bunch of charlatans who never actually attend appointments. A neighbour has had similar issues with their Wembley office.

I was called me an angry man to do an…
I was called me an angry man to do an assesment on me for my pshyotherapy
I have wide spread pain, fibryomyalgia and i have been failed by the system. The guy on the phone was so rude he demanded i tell him one specific point where my pain is. I told him it is all over. He kept repeating himself and was dismissive... he said if i cant tell him a specific point on my body where pain is then i musnt have pain at all??? And that i need to be referred if i cant give him an answer? Nasty man.

Cora health are not fit for purpose
Cora health are not fit for purpose , patients in pain and desperate for help are fobbed off time after time.
I have been told ( on the telephone ) that I need to see the advanced practitioners but two months later and still haven’t heard anything, no plan, no appointment!

I would like to add to my review left on the 13th Feb l had a very good experience the medical staff were amazing but.... can the reception staff be given more training a smile cost nothing and the patient feels seen l watched the reception interact with patients, not one smile.

I'm so grateful
I have not been great for nearly a year and finally my Dr sent me for an x-ray nearly a year later.
I was prescribed painkillers and I didn't want them. I got referred to Brentford MSK clinic. Because of the first consultation, I was then referred to the Senior consultant and he was and has been so thorough. MRI for my hip and also the spine and an ultrasound for my feet. Dr Davinder called me today and gave me the results. The people doing the scans, the consultant Dr Davinder and his team have been great. I would also like to thank Gemma and Catherine at the call centre in Newcastle.

Waste of my time and NHS MONEY
Waste of my time and NHS MONEY.
First appointment waited for 1 hour 50 minutes. The person who was supposed to see me didn't even turn up! Second time Deeply Disappointing. The person didn't seem to have any experience. Was very reluctant to look at my toes! didn't examine them!
Suggested I should take pain killers even after I'd stated that I am stage 3 kidney with single kidney.
Gave me 2 info print out which I'd already seen on line!
My appointment was 11 Feb 2026 at 11:10.

No-one on premises...
Saw doctor on Dec 19th and was recommended for an MRI scan. Cora Health got in touch with me to say that an appointment had been made for Sat 14th Feb at 19:30. Seemed an odd time, but I accepted it. Then on Monday Feb 9th, some 7 weeks after this appointment had been arranged and 5 days before the appointment, someone from Cora called me at 20:30 to say that I had been booked in for a time when no-one was on the premises! She said they had been trying to get me a replacement appointment 'today' but it clearly hadn't worked. She said they would should be able to get me in 'in the next few days'. But when I phoned them, the first appointment they could offer was March 18th, over 4 weeks after the original appointment, making a wait time of over 12 weeks for a scan. How did they originally come to make an appointment on a Saturday night when 'no-one was on the premises'?

Cora Health…avoid if you value your health!
If you value your health avoid Cora! Stalling system at best designed to meet targets but not for the good of the patient; waited several weeks for an appointment only to be given exercises that I’d already been given at the first virtual appointment, which hadn’t helped anyway…what a complete utter waste of time for the Cora physio and myself…dreadful outsourcing by the NHS. Going to now throw the Cora towel in, dig into my savings (again) and pay for private treatment…not sure what the point of paying into the system for over 40 years was for. Sad really…
