I am writing to formally complain about the meet and greet service at Bristol Airport during my recent booking. While the staff member who collected our car was courteous and professional, the location used for collection was completely unacceptable.

The current meet and greet point at the short stay car park is over 500 metres from the terminal. My wife and I are pensioners, and having to carry suitcases over uneven stones and such a long distance was not only inconvenient but also unsafe. This is a completely unsuitable arrangement for customers and falls far short of reasonable expectations for a premium service.

Bristol Airport provides a drop-off point just 30 metres from the terminal, which is far more convenient, safe, and practical. Using this location for meet and greet would be a simple change that greatly improves customer experience.

I urge you to review and immediately revise your collection procedures. If the meet and greet service continues to operate from the short stay car park, I will not consider using your service again. Additionally, I believe compensation or some acknowledgment of this poor experience is warranted.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! THEY HAVE SCAMMED ME WITH A BOOKING FEE FOR A CANCELLATION !!

I had to make a booking cancellation and they charged me a £15 fee. My booking confirmation document clearly indicated that I had cancellation waiver/cover to avoid the charge !!

I will be raising a dispute with my bank and provide proof of evidence by copy of booking confirmation.

I cancelled my booking and, although booking confirmation showed free cancelation cover, I still had to pay a £15 cancellation fee. The information about their cancellation policy is misleading. AVOID!!

I booked parking and was told to call the number provided 30 mins before we arrived at the airport.

We called 8 times from 35 mins before our arrival onwards and nobody answered. We ended up having to use Gatwick long stay car park which was very expensive.

Very very disappointing.

Poor service.. I had booking which was fully refundable.. they charge admin fee... I will never go with them again

I booked meet and greet with them.
The booking was made with a provider company called Go parking and after I made the payment I found out that the provider company is Express parking which has a bad reputation and personally had a bad experience with them.I complained and asked for a refund.They refunded me but deducted £15 cancellations fee although in the web site clearly stating cancellation waiver free and sms free.
Never again!!

Called to request refund, I was asked to email to request. Every email ignored so far.
Absolute scam, look up companies - most are the same guy.
Avoid all listed here.

We have never used a meet and greet service before . We will be using this srevice again . A stress free and easy to use service. We was given clear instruction of were to go once we rached the airport by the team and what to do on return to the airport.I can't not fault this service.

I’ve asked months ago a cancellation because some overcharges. They refused. I request a ai in December 11 days before use them service and they don’t reply email. I contact via phone and they sad just via email. They are scam company. Avoid it.

Great service, first time using any type of service like this. Easy contact, helpful, polite, easy service, pick up, good price. After hearing stories about these types of businesses, I was concerned about damage to my car, excess mileage added or vehicles used for speeding around. My car was as I left it, same mileage and fuel, no damage. Once again, great service. Will use it again 👍🏼

Booked for one month and had to cancel.No refund because policy 48 hours before minimum.This was booked for 30 days.I am sure it could be refunded at least partly.It wasn't for few days .Simply don't bother about customer feeling.

My car breakdown literally 9h before I should drop my car, they didn’t refund the money. Where is get is 48h policy, they didn’t make any exception which is not great.
I called them, explained the situation, instead telling me over the phone, the guy said please send an email, replied 1 day later. When I send an email again, no response at all. Unprofessional and definitely not customer friendly

Terrible comapny, hidden fees, AWFUL customer service and keep money even when cancelled with cover.

They were very professional when I ran 25 minutes away. They answered promptly. When I arrived they were there waiting and drove us to the airport. On arriving back I phoned and only had a 5 minute wait. I would definitely use again

Easy to book reasonable price. Clear instructions regarding drop off and collection. Carried out politely and with care.

Very impressed. We had hand luggage only, so from touchdown to getting into my own car took 30 minutes. When landing at night, the speed and ease of the service was a great comfort

Do not use this website. It offers up a selection of parking solutions but when I booked a Heathrow valet and park (billed as and shown with the Heathrow logo) it turned out to be a different company 8 miles away (so a 16 mile round trip with my car) and not at all sure where they will be parking it and a 30 min wait to get car. I cancelled the booking and now they have only refunded me part of that payment despite me cancelling before 48hrs and taking out cancellation insurance. They are now not responding to my emails. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY.
