At the beginning I had several issue, but after the support of Credit Control, with their patience and help I fixed everything

I am a landlady of a flat and for past 5 years, I have had problems with the Heat Exchanger which results in tenants' not having hot water or heating and can be very frustrating. There are not many specialists in Electric Heaters and the ones who are do not want to touch it because they do not understand the system.
But, I have found CEP extremely helpful since the beginning of this year. Martyn, a Senior Engineer at CEP, truly understands the system and has managed to sort out all our problems so far. He takes time to investigate the issues fully and rectify the problems no matter how long it takes. He explains the solutions really well and I feel that my mind is at peace as he has a listening ear.
To put the icing at the top, he chases up with the tenants to ensure that his fixes are working, even if it means working after his hours.

A big, big thank you to him and CEP. I wish there were more engineers like him.

Dealt with Martyn North and had a very good experience.
He was professional efficient and friendly. He even went out of his way to pick up keys from an agent that was not his job to do.

Just to make everyone understanding
I had a service done fews months ago
The person that attended notice I had insufficient pressure in the system
Nothing was done
I had a problem with one of my radiator and told me it would have been a long job to fixed it
So obviously I went with what he told me
It could have sorted the problem then
Today the person that came to see my breakdown situation was fantastic
It solved both problems in less than 20 minutes

Customer service with Zoe Morgan was outstanding the company should make sure they help customers and not only cash in on the job

For the past 14 months I had a terrible experience with a nightmare tenant. He did not pay for his utilities for the whole tenancy period. During this time I was in contact with Megan Shelley, who was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to give me advice and assistance. My only complaint is that CEP’s policy is to go after the landlord/leaseholder if the tenant defaults. The tenant also defaulted on another utility, but this company has a chase and trace policy which pursues the tenant with the threat of CCJ against their name. However, this does not detract from the good service I received from Megan.

Zoe Morgan is really helpful and always eager to help. Zoe is answering really quickly on the emails and always comes back with a solution.

Great service from Anthony at CEP - Anthony was able to identify a challenging issue with our HIU which engineers from other companies had completely missed. Anthony was determined to ensure he fixed the underlying issue and not just provide a temporary solution and was able to get our HIU working efficiently again...Anthony's professionalism, experience, attitude and determination were excellent. Called CEP customer service and managed to get through to an advisor named Megan as I had lost my hot water. Thoroughly explaine how my hub works and the emergency credit that I wasn’t aware of. I then received a follow up email from the prepayment team leader named Robyn with further useful information which helped to fix my hot water supply issue. Megan and Robyn went the extra mile to help and I know that I can ask to speak to them directly in the future if I ever needed to. If I could give more than 5 stars then I would. Thank you Megan and Robyn :)

Ms. Zoe Morgan helped us with scheduling and making payment to have the IHPT valve in our apartment replaced, while we are working overseas. Her attention to details towards customers' needs is terrific. Her communication skills are thorough, efficient and considerate. She responded promptly to all our questions and emails. We felt very much at ease having her taking care of everything for us. We give her ten stars!

awful experience - they take ages to reply to your emails . They charged me so much money and I was out of the country , their customer service is abhorrent.

Where are my bills???
I haven’t received a move out bill, or a bill since my move in (totalling to 3 bills, going on 4 bills)!! why has sorting a system error taken as many months as it has? Why are customers not being compensated for this?
The organisation of this company is terrible. The costs of this company terrible, and nothing can even be done about it.

Worst company ever!
Extremely unorganised. Will not admit their mistakes.
They messed up our invoices twice within 6 months.
Last 3-4 invoices stated we overpaid and have certain credit so don’t need to pay any money those months. Few days ago, suddenly, an email stating LAST REMINDER!! Pay £200 or we take action. Means they can eventually mess up our credit score! How does that make sense? Don’t tell me we used up hot water worth of £200 or so within 4 weeks! No apology, customer service is appalling, their response was.. you have to pay it.
I wish we could change block of flats so.

Had a few queries regarding some servicing within certain properties and Zoe Morgan has been very helpful and responsive in providing me with the information that i have required.

Amazing experience, quick response time to resolve issues, resolved issues that other contractors could not resolve.

CEP is one of the best companies I have personally worked with in terms of HIU services. after we had a bad experience with our previous contractors, CEP stepped in and managed to complete a tough task last winter with their highly qualified engineers and effective communication.

Special mention to Anthony/ Wesley/Martin/Zoe/Jenny/Abdul/Alan collectively they have done a great job in our development. leaseholders and the rest of our clients are happy and satisfied with the service as well as the transparency CEP has provided.

Cannot fault CEP. Whenever I've had an issue with anything I've been treated with respect and courtesy. Anthony is a brilliant heating engineer too. Really knows his stuff, is patient and gets the job done well. He is a real credit to CEP.

The engineers did an amazing job fixing the HIU unit. There were problems with the heating and whistleing and those are all cleared now! It also saves money on energy bills so super happy!
