Alpar Balo is the person who's come to install my new fence within 2 days. I've never seen someone investing so much effort and energy in a project. I cannot praise him enough. He was very professional and extremely efficient. I'm really happy with the result and couldn't recommend him and his company enough. Thank you for this brilliant and positive support.

I spotted colourfence when on a day out up in formby, this made me look in to it and am i glad i did! Met the main man matt stringer in January and it was not going to be a over night job as it was not cheap and i needed to save the funds, matt allowed me to ring up and pay a large chunk each month as i did not want to use the finance option. Each time matt assured me i was not going to be disappointed with this product and he was not wrong, i am over the moon.
Matt was extremely confident and after meeting the 2 work lads and watching them work i could see where his confidence came from. The runcorn lads did not stop, worked through the teeming rain, just got on with the job, think they only shouted me 3 times just to check my preference. Finished job looks absolutely perfect, can tell it is built to last, different neighbours have paid £2000 to get the job done in wood 2 years ago and they all need doing again so it has been well worth the extra expense, im now worry free. For anyone buying colour fence and being lucky enough to use the team i have just used you will not be disappointed. My fence was only half done and its now been ordered for my mums house. Colourfence you really need to be proud of your workers!

After two telephone conversations trying to get a quote for some aluminium gates. I was promised both times that i would receive a call from a sales man to ring me and to have a brochure down loaded to me.
Been over a month still nothing.
Have placed an order with another company, I don't think they wanted the business, very bad.😡

Contacted colourfence to request a survey and quote. Had a message back from Matt Casey saying he would be in contact within two working days. Tried messaging his number to have a reply back "This number is not monitored". Not impressed with customer service.

Alpar Balo came out to fit our new front fence and gates for our driveway. Very Satisfied with his standard of work and particular his attention to detail, so pleasing to see someone who has a lot of pride in his work. Exceptional customer service.
Quality of the fence/gates and fittings is excellent and makes our property look so much better.

Had back gate and three panel fence fitted by Al, who covers the Birmingham area. Everything went perfectly from installation to the collection of waste. The quality of the fence is excellent and Al worked solidly for a day and a half in baking hot weather and did a very fine job. We would highly recommend Colour Fence and Al to anyone. Gary

The fitters, Gareth and Jarrod were amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up after each day. They were faultless. I highly commend this company.

Dominic, the salesman in our Devon area was very helpful. We had Harry from the main Newport depot down to fit the fence, due to a few tricky areas we had. He was fabulous, friendly, easy to get on with, a true professional, who took pride in his work and as a result he did a fabulous job. Harry worked very hard in extremely hot weather, which resulted in solid ground when having to dig deep holes for the posts, he didn’t complain once, just got on with the job. We are very pleased with our fence and gate. It looks very smart and strong and with the bonus of no maintenance needed, plus a 25 year guarantee.

I would like to say how exceptional Luke & Sonny were when installing my new garden fence. I had a text to say what time they would be with me, they then arrived exactly on time. They went through exactly what would be happening & throughout the procedure always consulted with me on any slight issues & then followed this up by giving great advice on how the issue could be sorted based on their many years of experience. Consistently professional, friendly & definitely knew what they were doing, which led me to feel confident & reassured, that I was in safe hands and feeling I would get a good job done. They both worked very hard, (in the extreme heat too)! They worked very tidily and left all the waste in one place once the job was finished, even ensuring the fence panels were spotless before they left. I cannot speak more highly of them & what a credit they both are to the Company.
I had a very good experience with the people behind the scenes who create the emails/accounts/admin etc too. I wish all companies I dealt with were this efficient.
All in all, a very pleasant experience which is still snowballing with all the neighbours passing by and telling me (something I already know) how fabulous my new fence looks! So, many many thanks-I know exactly where I will be going when I need another fence and can thoroughly recommend! Sharon.

I was expecting my colour rail fencing to be installed tomorrow having booked the work in a month ago. I have just had a call to say that the railing hasn't been delivered to the installer as planned. Less than 24 hours before the work was to be completed. I have already had to change my order to fleur-de-lys as they'd run out of ball finials. I now have to wait until 31st for installation. A very unhappy customer 😕

Absolutely amazing workmanship, attention to detail fantastic. The boys worked so hard, also checking with us that we were happy with each stage before moving on. I can honestly say we are delighted with our new fence,. HIG3HLY RECOMMEND COLOUR FENCE.

David and Gabriel did an amazing job fitting the gate for us. They worked so hard in the hot weather but did a fantastic job. They also cleaned all the waste away and leave the area clean and tidy. Thank you both so very much.

So pleased with our new fence. It looks fantastic and we have already had a number of likes from passers by and neighbours. The taking down and disposal of the existing fence was an enormous task but achieved with only little inconvenience.
Nothing but praise for Jared and Gareth who worked through rain and sun and kept us updated and informed throughout.Perhaps it was the coffee and cake that kept them going!!!

I placed an order in January and told 3 weeks lead time. Since then there has been repeated delays and promises of getting this installed the following week which never happened. Its now 5 months later and I've requested a refund to be told I'd get a phone call the next day and I'm still waiting. This is completely unacceptable. Ive been more than patient and accommodating of the delays. I expect the company to process my refund in full in the next 7 days. If the refund is not received within that timeframe, I will be reporting the matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and considering further action to recover my money.
I would advise potential customers to exercise caution based on my experience.
Told to send my details by email which I dod 5 days ago and again yesterday and still no phone call or acknowledgement of this.
Got an email on 8 June saying it's wrapped and ready for fitting...same story for last 5 months and told this is just another empty promise abd want a refund. No response. Unbelievable service. Demand my refund now and a full explanation on why ive had to endure 5mths waiting for a gate when told it would take 3 weeks.

Quoted, we accepted quote.

Then radio silence - we chased on 3 occasions - told installation will be in touch - nothing.

Waste of time - we’ve had to start again and waste more time, resulting in plants being massively disturbed during key growing period.

The whole process was simple and seamless from initial consultation to installation. Our installation was booked for Friday 8th May and our chosen fence colour was ti be 'grey'. The two lads, Gareth and Jared duly arrived with all the materials, on time, as expected. The two of them worked like 'Trojans' throughout the project, achieving completion by 5pm. I have to say that these two guys are a credit to the company and I would not hesitate to recommend the company again.
