CO2 Supermarket Arvostelua

Excellent website, made understanding my requirements very easy. The very helpful videos explaining how to use each item is a massive help.
My order arrived very quickly and very well packaged.
Overall, a brilliant company to buy from.

I’ve been running a nano co2 system from CO2 Suppermarket for two years and it would be fair to say that the improvement in plant growth has been really impressive. Easy to use and reliable. Last week I had an unexpected leak and submitted an enquiry as to what the problem might be. I had a prompt personal response which reassured me that issue was not down to the equipment. Situation resolved.
Thank you CO2 supermarket

I was looking to purchase a CO2 kit
&I was glad I chose CO2 Supermarket ,
There kits are easy to set up & when I needed any advice they were quick to respond , they would even email me to check if I needed any more help

Great customer service, fast response to enquiry. Package arrived fast and well packed, no complaints. Co2 is working well, and the instructions were very helpful , it made my experience as a beginner with a Co2 system straightforward.

Top service from co2 Supermarket. Very high quality product and full instructions and videos on how to setup the system. I will be using them again in the future.

This was my first experience of delving into CO2 and the level of support, guidance and all around help from Martin was nothing short of exceptional. Martin could not have done more to ensure my set up was correct - he followed up to ensure that I was having no further issues and offered his support whenever required. I can without doubt recommended CO2 Supermarket - just all around excellent service!

Superb customer service. I was very surprised to receive a response to my enquiry given that I first raised it late on a Saturday. I received a further response on the following day too, and useful responses at that.

Advice/recommendation was bang on.

Order was shipped complete with some additional sealing washers that the supplier thought would be useful (and they didn't charge for).

Products are good and as expected.

Would I buy from them again? Yes, absolutely.

Great customer service, all my questions were answered fast and in full with clear advice.
Prompt delivery also

Really good experience, the only thing I'd improve would be the tracking. Mine went from in-progress to being delivered today without anything in-between. Otherwise I'm very pleased with what I ordered and had no issues, would purchase from again readily.

Recently purchased the Pro Aquarium CO2 System and found it to be excellent value, the detailed instructions given by email made it easy to assemble, the ordering was easy and delivery was very quick. I now have this system up and running on my planted aquarium and very pleased with performance, I would highly recommend this system and CO2 Supermarket.

Excellent customer service. Very quick reply to my question. Quick delivery on ordered item.

Delivery was very fast, and customer service was very helpful when I had an issue with my bubble counter. They even sent a spare seal just in case.

Customer support has been very prompt and detailed in their answers. The product I bought worked as advertised and was simple to use, at a competitive price. I'd recommend them - getting cheaper SodaStream refills now!

Great website especially when to comes to setting your co2 system up, good quality products works great, customer service was fast and efficient I had a problem with delivery mine was delayed by DPD nothing to do with co2 supermarket but they was helpful and responded to emails within minutes so I would certainly recommend

Quality of the product is great, delivery great however, I opted for a non-siphoned donor cylinder wrongly assuming if a particular type was required it would be specified in the description for this product. This only works with a siphoned donor cylinder, don't make the mistake I did.

I went to Co2 supermarket because they were one of the two companies recommended by an independent review which I found on the internet when doing some research before buying a co2 system.
I was a complete beginner in co2, but I found their website was easy to follow and their guides helped me understand how it all worked.
I purchased a full system from them, which made life easier and I was confident that I was dealing with a company who knew their products, and the only real choice I had to make was which kind of gas bottle to use.
As it was, after a little more research, I decided to go with Adam’s gas, which looks to be the most economical over time, and I had a stockist quite close.
The only problem I encountered when setting it up, was a leak where the airline attached to the diffuser , and as it was almost five o’clock on a Friday afternoon, I did not expect to get a reply to the email I sent them, until the Monday, but as it was Martin came back to me almost straight away suggested how to fix it and it worked.
So, very pleased with both price and delivery time, I happened to get mine on a Black Friday deal and it was with me in a couple of days, and the after sales service was very good, so I would be more happy to recommend them.

I was browsing for some refill adapters (~£55 on the 04/12/25) and came back the next day to find the were offering a 15% discount. thinking great I'll grab those bits now on offer.... Only to find the price was now £66. amounting to roughly the same price...
That is some scummy behaviour

Great product, quickly dispatched. And Martin answered all my after sales queries. I ordered the single stage CO2 system which was nice and easy to setup using the guides on the site. The only thing I've added is an additional check valve near the diffuser. Not sure it's necessary, but add peace of mind all the same.
