CO2 Supermarket Arvostelua

Fast delivery, everything worked as it should with no problems, the instructions that they send on email explained everything you needed to know. Very happy with set-up, plants love to 👍

Very helpful in sorting my issues with equipment

I had some excellent help from CO2 supermarket last year when I was looking to connect my soda stream directly to a large CO2 cylinder and with their advice found what I needed successfully as a result. I had some more queries on this topic recently and turned to their customer service team for help once again. And I have been delighted to have had all my queries answered with patience and courtesy. Most grateful for the help. A very useful resource indeed.

Co2 bundle was delivered on time and in great packaging. I was a bit unfortunate to get a defective diffuser but this was purely manufacturing and nothing to do with CO2 Supermarket. Having said that, I contacted customer support and they had a replacement unit sent out straight away. Brilliant service. Many thanks.

CO2 super market, fantastic selection of products. Products I have ordered have arrived in good time and well packaged and of good quality.

Make sure you read and study the photos of the products, one I did order was much bigger than I anticipated.

If I had to nip pick. Adding photos with some sort of scale would help for us new people to the hobby trying to work out if the product is suitable.

Other than that, will definitely continue to order through this site. Highly recommended.

I’ve previously bought from Co2 Supermarket and when I returned with some questions for another purchase the support was fast, clear, and answered my questions perfectly.

Great service right through to the delivery, and of course the product quality.

Website is easy to navigate and the info available makes it easy to choose what you need. Delivery was very quick with just the right amount of updates via email. This is the second or third time I ordered and can highly recommend CO2 Supermarket. Great job guys!!!

Excellent communication, excellent instructions on set up, recommended

I had some issues with my new regulator, but customer service has been top notch. They sent me a replacement part which has solved my issue. Very helpful and knowledgeable, and they reply usually well within 24hrs. Would buy from them again based on product quality & their customer service! Thank you for your help.

The team is responsive and helpful.

All of my aquarium CO2 accessories I get from them. They have been reliable.

It's the customer support that made the difference for me. I appreciate that.

Items well packaged was a fantastic turnaround too, nice touch with the how to videos it made it very easy to put together. Great customer service will do business again 10/10

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Really knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout. Took the time to give proper advice and went above and beyond what I expected. I’ll definitely be using them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend..

Had a great experience with CO₂ Supermarket. Martin was really attentive from the start, he answered every question I had, explained everything clearly and helped me make the right choices for my setup. It made the whole process really straightforward.

Customer service was spot on throughout, and I’d definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended.

Being new to c02 I am bowled over by the support and quality of the system I have purchased..I will definitely be recommending c02 supermarket to everyone.

The customer support is the best i have recived in my life. That is not a understatement. They have incredibly kind, knowledgeable staff, and respond swiftly. Offer a lot of guidance and are incredibly polite. I have been asking a absurd amount of questions and always recive helpfull responses and suggestions.

Great service, friendly and very efficient

Highly recommend to anyone, guided me through my first co2 set up perfectly

Excellent service i ordered my co2 system from here and its a great bit of kit I ordered as heard lots of good feedback from fish groups and forumns

Ordered the Mixer Reactor CO2 Diffuser. Biggest pile of rubbish ever. The Fans had to be cut down and excess plastic removed, the rubber O-ring was hard and needed replacing, the push fittings are horrific and need to be glued, there are no fittings for it and to mount it externally you need you make your own bracket. After all fo that it still produces bubbles!! Binned it! Wrote a review and they are not publishing it. Seems they only publish the 4 and 5 star ones. BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN ORDERING FROM THEM. The products are not as good as described!

I don’t have a lot of space & I do have a sodastream subscription, so it was a no brainier when I came across this company. I email a question which was replied to on the same day! I know right!!!

The delivery was FAST. And everything fit. They had video links on how to fit each part for us newbies.

Quality materials & how service is supposed to be.
