CO2 Supermarket Arvostelua

Exceptional customer service. Ordered full co2 kit on Friday afternoon and arrived early Saturday morning. Follow up emails with full instructions and YouTube videos very helpful. Products are very high quality and good value for money. Will 100% use Co2 supermarket again. Thank you

Placed my first order and so far I'm impressed. Communication was good and included setup instructions prior to receiving the product. My order was dispatched right away. I have a feeling I just found my go to company for all things CO2 related.

Great service from c02 supermarket, ordered on Thursday evening and arrived Friday morning, great peice of kit and packed well , sent me all emails with easy links on how to set up and get running, really pleased with this company. Would definitely recommend to others .

De glemte lige at fortælle, at de bestiller dine vore i udlandet.
Og skal betale told for at få varen
Var nød til at afvise pakken, da tolden var dyre end selve pakke.
Man var ikke interesseret i at lade handlen gå tilbage.

Very quick delivery, had exactly what I wanted in stock and with good pictures and descriptions on the website.

Martin was very knowledgable and helpful when explaining what comes in the kits and how things are set up. The guides supplied are crystal clear and just the right amount of detail, and everything is set up in a very easy to find package. Will definitely be using again!

Great communication. Fast delivery. Very good service. Got sent a wrong item. Contacted same day. Immediately sent correct item. Told me to keep the other item with their compliments. Not many places do that. Highly recommended.

Easy to navigate website and lowest prices around. Also the courtesy email with instructions for each product was a very nice touch

First of all was the very swift delivery with the parcel arriving in good protective packaging.
With the good instructions, the equipment was set up and ready to go very quickly and easily( even for an 83 year old).
I found the company to be efficient and friendly and would recommend them for aquarium CO2 equipment and advice without hesitation

A well made regulator at an affordable price

Product arrived within 3 days. I have no reason to complaint I will definitely use this shop again

This is the 2nd kit I've bought from Co2 supermarket. This time, it was the nano kit. No surprise that it a arrived quickly, carefully packaged. Unfortunately the diffuser was faulty, there was nothing visible to the eye but it leaked from the collar. Zero drama though. I sent an email with a vid clip of what was happening and a replacement was sent the same day.

It's all working a treat now, I have it on an automated plug timer.

Cheers Martin & crew. I'll be back !

Quick delivery. Quality product. Good customer service.

Customer service excellent, provided me with several options, which were really helpful.

Received a regulator but for some reason the thread would not screw onto my Co2 cylinder. I contacted Co2 Supermarket who were most perplexed but extremely helpful. They sent me a replacement nut and the whole thing went together perfectly

Great quality product (Single Stage Regulator), really well made and solid - adjustment is very fine. Came well packed, with tools and links to dedicated set up videos for that product. I did look at getting one off an auction site/major shopping platform, but given the co2 high pressures involved glad I went with something quality and a very reasonable price.

Had one post install question and they got back to me supper quick.

Awesome customer service, Item arrived cracked emailed and new one posted straight away. Great looking diffuser too. Looking forward to getting my tank set up

Fantastic bit of kit. No more messing about for ages trying to outwit the "booby trap valves". Swapped with this one. Cylinder in freezer for a couple of hours. Connected to 6.3Kg big cylinder. 30 seconds later, my cylinder refilled with 535g. Did a washing up liquid test........no bubbles hence, gas tight. Thanks guys
