I still haven't received my refund even though they received my return on 19th December (according to royal mail tracking system). I sent a few emails to customer service, when somebody finally replied, they said I have been refunded. I asked when because there is no money, so they
said that they confused me with another Anna, and then asked for my tracking number. And since then silence... I want my money back! I will never be buying from this company again.

Ordered a dress 13th Dec and payment taken a few days later but still had no communication to say it's even been dispatched?!? And can't communicate with them. Phone line always just rings twice then says try again we're busy, no reply to customer service emails. Trying to cancel for a refund as the event I needed the dress for has been and gone. Not impressed. Steer clear of using this company - I will be warning my friends and family of the very poor service.

Very poor quality and didn’t refund or reply to any contact. Only got money back via PayPal. Awful experience from start to finish.

No response to my 3 emails. Order confirmation email provided no order number so I have been unable to return items.

I returned the items I purchased at the start of December. I have not received a refund and my emails / messages have not been responded to. The items purchased were nearly to the value of 400 and cost 32 euro to return. I wont be ordering from this website again.

Received dresses fine - but had to return all as weren't suitable. Closet confirmed on the telephone receipt of the returns 2 weeks ago - but no email communication at all. I was told on 18th that the refund would be processed that day - still waiting. meanwhile, payments to my clearpay account are still going out - for goods that I don't have. not happy, definately will not use again, and will advise my family and freinds too. Have tried numerous phone calls and left messages, but can get through to no one.

I have been a loyal customer since 2019, ordering at least twice per year, total value above £ 1,500. Last experience was very disappointing - I have been instructed by one of their employees that I can return the order beyond the timeframe (they will made an exception), and now the employee left the company and they don’t want to reimburse me. I don’t see why I need to be impacted by an internal move they had or by the fact that one of their employees promises things against their return policy. Definitely, they lost a client, will never buy anything.

Difficult to return items and long wait for refund process to go through.

I ordered a dress and received an automatic email stating when it would be shipped, however this did not happen.
The dress arrived but wasn't suitable, i then had to submit a request for a return and this was 2 days ago and still haven't heard anything from them.

Lovely clothing. Exceptional customer service. Unfortunately the item I purchased didn’t suit me. I did struggle with the returns process but customer service were on hand and super responsive.

I have been buying clothes from CLOSET London since 2018. This experience has made me doubt the credibility of this online company. My order is still missing and has exceeded the stipulated time. When I contacted the customer service of this company, the answer I received was that " The parcel was taken back to the local post office due to no one being avalilabe at the address to receive it" and asked me to rebook the red letter "develivery" left at my address or collect it form the local royal mail office.This is a very funny thing. Because the tracking number is fake, my order is missing and I don’t dare to go out.I do not see any "red letter" at my doorstep/mailbox. I also have no idea what a/m "loyal royal mail office".No means no, why would you cheat? Please keep your integrity and refund me.

First, the information on delivery for International orders is wrong. It says £12.99, but it was charging me £41.99 in the cart. Even when the order was over £80, the delivery was not free as it indicates on their site. I contacted them and never received a reason or response. I then had to use another shipping method through the USA to get the parcel to my country.

Also, with regards to the dress, I cannot give a review on a dress that has not been shipped since I ordered it over a week ago, not even a shipping code has been prepared. So 2 stars. This is my genuine experience.

I needed to return products and the process is not as easy as I remembered from previous purchases. You have to contact for approval to return, whereas the website just says you can return items.
