Everything was absolutely great from start to finish and easy to understand

I received very poor response from my complaints investigation from April 9th 2026 until 13th August 2026 case handler engineer and dealer working together. No response my email .no response my phone call totally ungrateful service.0 star .even i sent out all relevant evidence but still not response by them

Very helpful and friendly. Straight forward good customer service. I was impressed with the company. Easy payment method I also paid the balance remaining after a year. I would definitely recommend this service

No issues with the finance. Paid up on time and no missed payments. Wanted to refinance a new car and got refused 🤷‍♂️ however walked into my building society and got a PL straight away.

Some times in life you need a helping hand when everything is thrown at you at once .
I needed a van quickly having thrown money at a vehicle that had done it's job and more.
Close Brothers financed my new van without any hassles or stress and every thing was crystal clear during the finance process.

I’ve recently just purchased a mobility vehicle for my mum and was struggling getting finance, until John from Prestige Finance sorted this for me with Close Brothers, I’d personally like to thank John for all his hard work and help in choosing Close Brothers and would also like to thank Close Brothers for giving me the finance, this has helped me massively and I’ll be forever grateful, I felt like I’d won the lottery when it was all approved last Friday, and everything was sorted so quickly too. I’d definitely use Close Brothers again.

i took out a finance agreement for my car in December 2025, i never missed a payment and i never had any issues or concerns with the agreement. I came into some extra cash and decided to clear the finance early, it was so easy and fast, Close Brothers were very helpful and gave me a settlement figure within 20 minutes. I paid the amount within 30 minutes and they confirmed receipt, then 2 days later they confirmed the have no financial hold on my car, it all mine now. Close Brothers are a very professional and friendly company to work with, i would use them again and recommend them to my family and friends in the future

Very quick and straightforward to secure the required finance for my new car.

Easy to give them money, not so easy to talk to customer support. Number doesn't work, account on website doesn't work. Finally got an email back after 8 days.

Charged £25 for someone to push a few keys to update change of car plate to private one. DVLA, car insurance and car warranty no charge at all. These robbing Richard Turpins (can't use Richard's short name as it's rude) charge for everything. Got a portal key to sign up to an online account. That doesn't work either. Sent them an email asking for help. No reply. Want to ask for a settlement figure but to afraid of what other charges they would add to the account. Note to self never use these again. Looking at the reviews I'm surprised you're still in business

Love the reply from Close Brothers apparently the £25 charge is for any changes after 90 days of the finance agreement going live. Considering I've only had the car since 05/07/2026 and the finance agreement set up from then how is that over 90 days and why have a got the letter demanding payment when it's not necessary. Is this a way of getting more money off hard working folks because it isn't in the agreement about the 90 days and most people would just pay it without asking any questions.

I have been tring since January 26 to access my Policy online, everything they send me did not work, the passed it to IT allegedly and I never heard anything, This is what mI received on the 10th of August.....Thanks for getting in touch about your complaint. What an absolutly brilliant finance company, this is the second time ive used their services, they have been curtious, attentive,proffesional through out - wouldnt hesitate to recommend

I have been writing letters/emails with no reply for 2 months and was told this was a clerical error and my email had been taken incorrectly (I used to ask them to repeat it back !!)
All computer generated emails made it through to me, so this doesn’t make sense.
I have spoken to several people with unusual names that have had to be spelt to me and asked them to speak slowly as I can’t understand them.
I eventually sent a letter by signed for first class post to an address in Dorchester which I hope has helped.
I have been without my car for 2 months and each time I have chased up my original complaint, they open another to complain about lack of communication, during which time they continue to take the repayments for a car I can’t use.
#closebrothers I need a senior manager to address this issue ~ not a call centre person who I can’t understand and each time I speak to them they open a new complaint reference without addressing the original

Your repesentive was the key to my experience. He was helpful and patient though the whole process.
