Llevo varios meses usando una botella, y en general todo bien, cumple bien su función y es útil poder engancharla donde quieras con su mecanismo. Al cabo del tiempo sí que es verdad que se agrieta la goma y puede romperse un poco. Tal vez su precio es algo elevado.

Lijkt een handige helm door dat hij inklapbaar is. Maar nu zijn de verbindingen waarmee je hem inklapt gebroken: onbruikbaar.

Great helmet. Looks so good (I get comments) and really easy to fold up and store. I chose the brilliant blue one this time.

The helmet was too small, even though I carefully measured and selected the correct size. After wearing it briefly, it left painful pressure marks on my head. I actually liked the product in general and simply wanted to exchange it for a better-fitting size.

However, I've now been trying to reach customer support for over two weeks. I’ve sent four emails at reasonable intervals and received only the standard auto-reply promising a response within 24–72 hours – which never came.

All I asked for was a size exchange or a return label. Since no one has responded, I will now return the product entirely and no longer consider purchasing from this brand again. Customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

Negatives:
The elastic band on the attachable drink container does not attach securely on my bike. It keeps slipping.
Bag which can be used to collect and recycle waste is very basic.
General comment:
The cycle helmets are fab!
These two latest products are just disappointing and not up to Closca’s usual standards of design.

Absolutely awful customer service. The helmet arrived but it is too small so I would like a refund. All my of numerous request, following their appropriate channels, have been ignored. I do not trust this brand and believe they’re just waiting the time out so I am no longer eligible for a refund. Would not recommend them and appears to be a common issue with others too.

The parcel with the foldable helmet still has not arrived!
Hence I cannot say anything about the product itself but the shipping experience is terribly bad.
I opened a support ticket at Closca: 80357 but not yet received any answer.

Der Helm passte nicht. Die Rückgabe erfolgte zeitlich etwas verzögert. Kontaktaufnahme nur über email ( englisch). Retoure bezahlt der Kunde (steht auch so beschrieben, man muss es lesen). Der Kaufpreis wurde rückerstattet.

Ich wollte den Helm retournieren (ca. 20 EUR eigene Kosten), das Paket wurde in Spanien von Closca nicht angenommen und lag wochenlang in Spanien in einer DHL Station zur Abholung. Ich habe Closca mehrfach per Email daran erinnert, es abzuholen und auch den Tracking Link beigefügt. Schlussendlich wurde es nie abgeholt und zurückgeschickt durch DHL, dafür musste ich bei Annahme noch einmal 10 EUR zahlen. Der Kundenservice antwortet mit ausweichenden Emails und mit langer Verzögerung. Jetzt wurde mir ein Retourelabel zur Verfügung gestellt für einen zweiten Versuch, Abgabe angeblich nur in einem einzigen Paketshop weit außerhalb der Stadt möglich. Insgesamt die schlimmste Retoure-Erfahrung, die ich bislang hatte...

Sehr leichter und kompakter Helm, gute Passform

El casco es top. Le falta para un casco de esta gama una funda para guardarlo y protegerlo. Para la gama y el precio se podría incluir!

creo que está sobrevalorado él precio para él diseño. No me pareció cómodo ni realmente bueno el diseño. Además han cobrado aparte por él envío lo cual me parece insolito debido a lo caro ya del producto. Por último lo he mandado de vuelta porque no cumplió mía expectativas y me han cobrado 20 euros más por él envío. Lamentable

I ordered a helmet from the company and specifically asked about the production date beforehand. I was told that all helmets were produced in 2024. However, when I received the helmet, I discovered that the production date inside the helmet was September 2020. I informed customer service about this, but I have not received any response yet. Why is the information incorrect, even when ordering directly from the manufacturer and explicitly asking about the production date? I am very disappointed, in particular as this is about the safety of the person wearing the helmet.

De closca helm is voor de tweede keer onbruikbaar.de kunstof vouwverbindigen breken af,dus helm is onbruikbaar.Bij de ANWB gekocht.De eerste helm kon ik omruilen,maar nu is ook bij helm nr 2 hetzelfde aan de hand ,dus denk toch constructiefout.Ga nu maar voor een ander merk kijken die wel betrouwbaar is en duurzaam.ANWB bedenk even deze helm niet meer te verkopen,slecht voor jullie naam

Realice el pedido y en tres días lo tenía en casa. La botella es comodisima mantiene el frío aunque la dejes en sitios con mucho calor, y el enganche para llevarlo por fuera de la mochila es perfecto se queda bien sujeto. El material amortigua los posibles golpes y es fácil de limpiar.
Repetiré seguro!!

I had high expectations for Closca, having admired their products for years. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

My first bottle arrived with visible marks, despite the packaging being intact. I contacted customer support, who initially responded well and offered a replacement. However, after requesting extra care to ensure the new bottle was flawless, their response became dismissive. To my frustration, the replacement bottle arrived with similar imperfections. This clearly indicates a quality control issue, not a shipping problem.

For a premium-priced product, I expected much better attention to detail and customer service. If you're looking for flawless quality and a brand that stands behind its products, you might want to reconsider before purchasing.
