Classictic was great!

I've had a trouble with my phone on event day and in minutes (on the weekend) they send me again my QR code with my tickets.

It’s so convenient to look up performances and events from all over the world on this platform—seriously, that alone is a huge plus. What’s more, their service is incredibly warm and proactive. I messed up the time on my order by accident, but after I sent them an email, they fixed the date for me right away. It feels really thoughtful and user-friendly.

Your website was easy to navigate as we were able to choose concerts based on dates available that fit our days in Paris Once our date was decided we could choose which concert and where. So easy for us in our planning. The English version was perfect. Thank you!

The website doesn't show the details of the ticket once in the checkout process so it is only possible to double check the date of the ticket once you've paid for it and Classictic is unwilling to issue a refund.

Me equivoqué al sacar la fecha del recital y con solo mandar un Mail me cambiaron las entradas para la fecha correcta. Con solo un Mail lo pude solucionar. Volveré a contratarlos. Los súper recomiendo.

It's a very quick and easy process to order tickets
I then realised I had ordered for the wrong concert dates but after contacting the team I had tickers for the correct date sent to me by the following evening. Fantastic customer service.
