I just ordered tickets for the wrong day. I wrote asking for a change to the correct day, and Classictic took care of it immediately.

The information on your website is very clear and easy to navigate. Purchasing the tickets was simple. I received a confirmation immediately. First rate!

I wanted to share my experience with this website to warn other users.

I was looking for 3 seats for a performance at the Opera in Paris. I could select 3 seats and pay for them on the Classictic website, but since I did not know which seats they were selling, I asked by e-mail which seats were available.

They answered very quickly that I can only select a ticket category, and I would get the seat numbers confirmed after my payment.

I did not trust it and contacted Opera de Paris, which confirmed the performance was sold out in that category and they would NOT issue any tickets to Classictic.

I recontacted Classictic telling that I needed to know the seat numbers, and that if they were really an official ticketing partner of the Opera, they would be able to tell which seats were available.

Then they finally admitted there were no seats available. So I have the proof they are selling tickets that are not available.

I was lucky I did not trust it and I asked it before to buy them on their website, but I can confirm the experience of other people here.

They also charged 31% more than the official ticket price, which can not be justified by their operating costs and a reasonable margin. This is just excessive.

I can only conclude Classictic is selling tickets with excessive surcharges, and that they have no own ticket contingent, but they buy tickets from the event organizer when you buy them on their website. And for that service they charge you 31% costs.

There is NO reason whatsoever to buy through Classictic. If there are still tickets available from the organizer, they will get them there and sell them to you with a huge commission. But you will get the tickets. This explains the large number of positive reviews on Trustpilot. But you can buy them cheaper with the organizer directly. If there are no tickets available any more, they will take your money and then you can only hope they will pay it back later on.

They will probably have an answer with some lame excuses here, but I have enough screenshots to prove my point.

I made an error in placing my order, but the staff was very helpful in getting me the ticket that I wanted.

I booked the tickets fast and made a terrible error by choosing the wrong date.,
I immediately sent an email to the info account with the order number and pretty much within the hour the correction was made with no fuss or extra cost! I am so impressed by their approach to this normally tricky situation.

While finding events is easy, it can be a bit tricky to buy different tickets for the same event. Furthermore, the portal often changes dates without informing you during searches. However, the speed at which support requests are resolved is impressive. I highly recommend it!
