The booking process for tickets was seamless. Unfortunately, after I purchased my tickets, I realize that I had mistakenly purchased them for the incorrect date. With the customer service rep’s assistance, I was able to fix this issue and get tickets for the correct date.

> KEINE Rechnung
> 4 Karten im Wert von je 300€ (laut Ticket)
Trotz 2 E-Mails und 4 Telefonaten erhielt ich keinen Nachweis, dass ich das "Star Roof Experience Arena di Verona" mit den entsprechenden Sitzplätzen und das Sterne-Menü gebucht und bezahlt habe.
Kundenservice und seriöse Dienstleistung sieht anders aus!

vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihre Erfahrung mit uns teilen. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass es hier zu Missverständnissen gekommen ist – wir möchten diese gern aufklären.
Bei Ihrer Buchung handelte es sich um das „Star Roof Experience Arena di Verona“-Paket, das neben den Eintrittskarten auch ein umfangreiches Michelin Star Dinner beinhaltet.
Da es sich bei Ihrer Buchung um nicht stornierbare Tickets handelte, konnten wir Ihre Stornierungsanfrage leider nicht erfüllen. Wir verstehen, dass dies enttäuschend war, bedauern jedoch diese negative Bewertung, die den Eindruck erwecken könnte, es seien lediglich Tickets zu einem stark überhöhten Preis geliefert worden. Der größte Teil des Paketpreises entfällt beim „Star Roof Experience Arena di Verona“-Paket auf die zusätzlichen Leistungen, während die Tickets nur den kleineren Teil des Gesamtwertes ausmachen.
Wir bedauern wirklich sehr das Dilemma zwischen den Wünschen unserer Kunden nach flexibler Stornierung und den Vorgaben der Veranstalter, an die wir als Vermittler gebunden sind, die solche Situationen mit sich bringen und empfehlen, insbesondere bei der Buchung hochpreisiger Tickets, den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittversicherung, die auch Stornierungskosten bei einem notwendigen Reiserücktritt übernimmt.

We have booked two tickets for Sydney Opera. Booking reference ID 2376369. They were selling seats which were not available. For last two weeks I am trying to get my money back. So far completely unsuccessful. I do not recommend that site. Be careful.

Excellent, effective, responsible and helpful service
I first found the booking efficient and I got the tickets within two days. Then I found that I had made a mistake in booking the event on a wrong date. I asked for help and the response was excellent and comforting. In the end things had been put right within one day. I have to express my sincere gratitude to the staff or Classitic GmbH: thank you very much for your excellent, effective and warm service.

Really bad experience
Really bad experience! I bought 2 tickets together and they sent me 2 separate seats far from each other. They did not want to amend it or give me any other alternative solution. When I directly contacted de event organizer, they said it was not the first time they had issues with Classictic.
