I accidentally booked tickets for the wrong date, discovered my mistake through an email from Classictic reminding me of the upcoming event, and then they helped me exchange them for the originally intended date within hours. Impressive service! The booking process is very efficient as well.

I will never book again with Classistic, they are not respecting the people.

Reservei 2 bilhetes para espectáculo de flamenco espanha porque estou de férias contudo necessitam de aprovação do local, conclusão não me foi possível ver o espectáculo. Comunicação muito má entre os clientes e sem possibilidade de reclamação pelo site. Após várias tentativas devolução do dinheiro.

We're excited to go to the Violin concerto at La Madeleine. Easy to see what concerts were available in Paris for an upcoming trip, and we booked tickets in advance for 4 of us.

Hice un reserva para 2 entradas al Palacio de la Musica de Barcelona y despues de varios dias me mandaron solo 1 insistiendo en que solo habia reservado 1 cuando el pago mostraba bien que correspondia a 2 entradas. Hasta ahora no se han disculpado e insistido en que solo habia pagado 1. Muy mala experiencia pues no asistimos al concierto al solo poder entrar 1 persona decidimos renunciar.

Seleccionar y sacar las entradas fue muy fácil y sencillo.
