It was very easy to order my ticket

It was very easy to order my ticket. The calendar was easy to review. I did have one problem, but it was on my end of the transaction... I selected the wrong date. When I sent an email to the info email describing my mistake, they quickly reissued my ticket with the correct date. How great is that! Thank you so much for your quick response and helping me out. I'm looking forward to the concert.

I've made a mistake in ticket…

I've made a mistake in ticket reservation by clicking on the wrong date with payment being done. Right away I sent email and in a meantime ticket team handled my problem and changed for the desired date. Great service!

I had a great experience with…

I had a great experience with Classicic. I accidentally booked the wrong date/time and contacted customer service immediately. They responded quickly, accepted my cancellation request, and processed a refund without any hassle. Fast, professional, and trustworthy service. Highly recommended!

I am so thankful to ClassicTic. Simone Huber was so responsive in helping me with my tickets. It is always difficult when booking from a foreign company, and I really appreciate their assistance.

Double payment

Classictic created a confusion which resulted in double booking. The customer service was unable to acknowledge their fault so I ended paying for the tickets twice. Disappointing customer service

Easy to use, great service and fast response

I accidentally purchased tickets for a wrong date. They responded very fast and exchanged the tickets without questioning. We are very happy and will certainly order tickets here again during our next stay in Rome.
Very, very great service.
