We bought tickets for an event that turned out to be effectively impossible to find. Despite using the exact address, Google Maps, and even asking multiple locals in the area, no one was able to direct us to the venue or confirm where it actually was. We ended up missing the event entirely, only to be told afterward that “others found it” and therefore no refund would be issued — a response that completely ignores the real issue: the location information simply wasn’t usable in practice. Instead of taking any responsibility or acknowledging the failure in clarity, the company hid behind their terms and conditions and dismissed the claim outright. We were left with no event, no support, and no refund. Extremely disappointing experience and not a platform we would trust again.

I accidentally booked my concert tickets for the wrong date. After contacting Classictic, their team promptly reached out to the organizer on my behalf and successfully arranged a change to the correct date at no additional cost.

The communication was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their willingness to help and their outstanding customer care.

book process is very easy, the design of the website is quite cheap for my taste, but overall i like this website.

Ordering tickets was clear and easy. Have yet to use them (August 31) but don't anticipate any issues based upon previous family experience.

Exceptionally easy and straightforward to book concert tickets.

I purchased two tickets well in advance for this concert as a special experience for my 97-year-old mother during our trip to Paris.

Less than 24 hours before the event, ClassicTic unilaterally changed the venue due to a major sporting event that was entirely foreseeable. No refund option was offered.

During the concert, large celebrations following the Champions League final began to spread across the city. By the time the performance ended, streets were crowded, public transport stations had been closed, and traffic was severely disrupted. Leaving the venue became extremely difficult, especially for an elderly person with mobility limitations.

We were forced to walk several blocks through chaotic crowds before finally finding a place where an Uber could pick us up. The cost of transportation ended up exceeding the price of the tickets themselves.

Selling tickets for one venue and then moving the event at the last minute without offering customers the right to cancel is unacceptable. The complete lack of consideration for elderly and mobility-impaired attendees was deeply disappointing.

I would not purchase from ClassicTic again.

I really appreciate the ease and flexibility of the Classictic platform. I mistakenly bought tickets for an incorrect date. They made it easy and quick to reimburse me for my mistaken purchase and facilitated the necessary rescheduling to my preferred date. It could not have been more simple!

So easy to book and pay for tickets for a concert in the Franzoesischer Dom in Berlin. Very reasonably priced tickets. Looking forward to a great concert in a beautiful location.
