Ordered the Organic Noah Pod Moses Basket With Stand-White through argos. The item arrived on time however, the item arrived without the stand despite the description which CLEARLY stated as 'Basket With Stand-White' (I took a screenshot copy in case I need to escalate this matter to the consumers right board). I have been chasing this for almost a week as I wanted a replacement however, I can't deal with the stress of a replacement as Argos have requested for a picture, and some other stressful details. Like..you guys delivered it, so you should have all the details you are requesting for!!!
I have now changed my mind from replacing the item. I WILL BE RETURNING THE ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND!!!

The responses were very prompt and I will be exploring the website for some baby items.

This is the first time I have used Clair-de-lune to purchase baby items. I ordered the Waffle White Wicker Moses Basket. There was a delay in the order; however, it was promptly addressed when I inquired about delivery. The basket and bedding are beautiful. After we assembled the basket, we noticed a split in the wood on the right-hand side leg of the stand. However, I contacted the store, sent them pictures, and they were more than happy to resolve the matter by issuing a new stand for us. Again, there was no issue, and Robyn was more than happy to accommodate. Thanks again.

Ordered a cot on 12th April with dispatch expected from 23rd May. I was told to the dispatch would be 29th May, this never happened, then 4th June it was in quality checking and now radio silence. I’m questioning if this company is even legitimate.

Update: Item delivered today (17 June) but only one box out of two, I was only notified the delivery was coming a few hours before. Courier didn’t know when we would get the second box.

Received a Moses basket as a gift and it took hours to build the stand and put together. The instructions are very unclear and the basket doesn’t even fit on the stand you have to force it on and force the basket off which isn’t going to be great when there’s a baby in it.

They also falsely advertised the cover with having ties on it and the cover came without ties and they tried telling me over email that they made a decision to sell without the ties and haven’t yet updated the photo on their website? Then they said that the fabric comes without elastic edging as it’s “safer” and when I sent a photo saying there’s no elastic edging either they then tell me it’s a small blanket and it’s up to the customer to use it or not! Just liars and a ripping off customers and not worth the money.

Absolutely beautiful product that is exactly what I was looking for for our first baby. Really great communication with the order updates, speedy delivery and overall fantastic experience from the order process to delivery. When I found two pieces were missing, after contacting the customer service team, I received a response in really quick time and the missing parts arrived less than 24 hours after the team coming back to me. Would highly recommend to all parents and parents to be!

Ordered over two weeks ago, order coming in 5 parts for one cot, part received and nothing else. Saying it's couriers fault, courier saying they haven't received all the order and im stuck in the middle chasing and without a cot that should have been delivered almost 2 weeks ago. Hassle i don't need right now. Very disappointed in how this has been handled

Robyn from the customer service team was super helpful! Had an issue with the mattress with my Moses basket I’d received as a gift! Just had to send a few pictures and she sorted a replacement for me within a few days! Really reassuring as my baby is due any day now! Thankyou Robyn

Leaving a review based solely on the customer service as it was great. I realised I hadn’t received any order confirmation email and was worried I’d ordered with an old email I no longer had access to.

I emailed customer service and gave my name and address, explaining my concern. I was indeed correct and within 10 minutes the team had already changed my email and I received through the order confirmation with estimated delivery day.

Super speedy and they jumped on to resolve the issues without any back and forth over email. They then responded to confirm they’d sorted it for me and updated my email. Great service!

Had to contact the company today, as I had ordered a Moses Basket from Amazon and the pack of fittings to attach the hood to the basket was missing, Amazon didn't want to know and were really unhelpful, I contacted Clair-de-lune themselves and they were so helpful and they helped me straight away, I couldn't have asked for a more nice and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this company for anything to do would a baby and if I buy anything else from this brand I won't buy from Amazon but I would definitely go straight to the company. 5 stars plus more if I could.

One of the stand legs I received didn’t have the proper holes so I emailed them and they got a new one shipped instantly - thanks so much!

Excellent customer service I lost a part for my Moses basket and it got sent out very quickly and they were very helpful

We wanted to pass on our moses basket with with the stand but misplaced the screws, customer service was easy to contact & were more than happy to send out a whole new set of screws, with no questions asked or extra charges even though we lost them!

Ordered anti-roll baby mat. Within ~1 year of normal use the plastic has split leaving a sharp edge that scratched my baby. Customer services refuse to replace citing 6 month warranty and requiring me to provide proof that the matt was faulty at the time of purchase. Poor quality produce that did not last a reasonable time, and poor quality customer service. Avoid.
