I placed an order then realised I wanted something else,I didn’t want to pay another delivery charge.
I sent an email to see if this was possible,Rebecca emailed me back quickly and said yes it was possible.Nothing was to much trouble.

I have ordered several sleepsuits and they are such great quality - so soft.
Customer service is excellent.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Grow Grows.

Gorgeous products, great service

My grandson has pjs from here, they are beautifully made and the patterns are amazing, would highly recommend.

I initially ordered from GrowGrows back in January but my items never arrived.
But I received a message in May to say the company have now been taken over and they would like to fulfill my order with the same items if available or with a simular design and size, which they did, they provided bigger sizes and a free gift.
Not many businesses would do this and I'm grateful to have received my items. I will definitely order from them again when I need to.

I love grow grow pyjamas, nothing compares to their quality and they are so soft. I was delighted when the new company honoured my previous order which had never been delivered by the previous company. I will definitely order from them again.

I provided freelance services to GrowGrows under its previous management. I have a contract and supporting documentation, including email correspondence. Despite multiple follow-ups, my invoice remains unpaid.

I waited for a resolution from October 2025 until May 2026; however, no payment or clear update was provided during this period.

Following a change in ownership, I was informed by the new owner that GrowGrows and the entity related to the outstanding payment may be undergoing liquidation. No payment or resolution has been provided to date.

I am sharing this based on my personal experience as an independent contractor.

To be honest 1 Star is 1 to many! In my opinion 0 Stars is more accurate. I ordered a few pairs of PJs for my autistic grandson, who suffers from severe eczema. I thought these would have been perfect for him at night. I ordered 4th Feb 26 and still have not received them. I emailed and got a reply, saying not to worry, and that was it. No other replies since. I have even asked for a refund and still nothing. I am very disappointed and angry at the lack of communication from this page, not to mention scamming me of my money for x4 pairs.

Grow Grows offer quality children’s clothing, hard wearing, excellent fabric quality, vibrantly coloured, easily washable, colour-fast pattern design that ensures they are worn again and again. The sleep outfits also have inbuilt “extra value bonus” foot booties, that convert into ankle “cuffs”, which allow a child some extra time in this lovely outfits! These items suffered from poor delivery management up to now. Under new ownership, I’m delighted to know we are now able to successfully order what we wish & receive our orders in a reasonable time. Rebecca, from their customer care, has a lovely manner, taking on the host of upset customers, me included, making good the failure of her predecessors. I wish Clair de Lune every success in their future sales of Grow Grow products. Their kind consideration and customer care attitude ensures that I will shop with Clair de Lune going forward, when the need demands. Thank you.

New owners save the day! After waiting months for my orders under the old ownership with no communication, I received an email stating the company had been acquired and that they would try their best to sort these missing orders. Well the customer service has been brilliant- shout out to Rebecca who really has been a star. My baby had outgrown the smaller sizes so she organised for me to receive bigger sizes and threw in some extras. The quality is brilliant and I’m excited to see the new designs etc that come with this acquisition.

Brilliant customer service under the new owners. They contacted me regarding my previous order and apologised, sent out the items (in a larger size as my baby has now grown) and even included a free dribble bib. The quality of everything is lovely, I will definitely be ordering from you again in the future. Thank you.

What a wonderful experience with the new owners of the company ⭐️ having been let down under the previous ownership with an order that never arrived, I got a lovely email from the new owners saying that they were making an effort to honour all of the unfulfilled orders. The order arrived with an extra gift to compensate for the delay. Such a nice surprise and the new owners sound like they put their customers first. The quality of the products is excellent, so it is great to see that the service now matches that again. Thank you!

Placed an order in January, it never arrived. Sent an email to chase which hasn't been replied to. Website currently closed, according to companies House the company is still Iive but late filing accounts. Contacted my credit card company and got a refund, would encourage others to do the same.
Such a pity as the goods are great but clearly something has gone wrong

I have bought some great baby grows from this company in the past. However I spend over £60 in Jan only to have nothing sent. They 1st said they didnt have all of my order and I could order a different design. After doing this iv never received a reply. Iv tried contacting many times and asked for a refund after a month. Iv now had to ask the bank for a charge back to try and get my money as they are ignoring all my emails. Really sad. Used to be a great company

Originally I ordered 4 grows from this company, i knew it would take a while as one was incoming stock but it still took longer than should have, customer service got back to me with a voucher and apology very quickly so I thought great, we all get it wrong sometimes. I then used my voucher on the 27th Jan, chased my order on on 19th Feb, and still today 9th march don’t have my order so evidently this wasn’t a one time thing with my first order. I’m really disappointed because the grows themselves are lovely!

I have ordered from this company before and sleep suit was brilliant . Ordered again on the 02/02/2026 , haven’t received order nor have I had any response from the company to my many emails
