Hi Alan,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we are sorry to hear that you felt your recent experience was unhelpful.
Our records indicate that contact was previously made regarding your request to return the items to a local CPS branch.
We can see that confirmation was given that a local branch return was possible, and all necessary information required by the branch to process your return and subsequent refund was provided at that stage.
Regarding your feedback on solar panel pricing, our rates fluctuate in line with current market demands and competitive pricing trends, but we always appreciate when customers share market insights with us.
If you require any further assistance or if the branch return has not been completed to your satisfaction, please reach out to our dedicated customer service team directly so we can look into this for you.
You can contact us via email at customerservice@cityplumbing.co.uk or by calling 0330 678 0267.

Arse about face.
Looked at the Aston depot for some things which where in stock, ordered the delivery option for next day delivery. Van turns up with a half complete order because the delivery comes from a separate depot and they were all out. Had to drive to Aston to get the stuff that was needed.

Poor customer service
ordered online, waited 3 days after given delivery date. Enquired about my order only to be informed by email there was a" technical issue" and my order cancelled. The same goods are still being sold online but at a higher price. Will not be using this company again.
