City Accommodations RE Limited Arvostelua

Dominik was extremely reactive and professional.
Everything was finalised in 3 days (from the moment I contacted him to know if the room was available).
Many thanks !

Dominik was brilliant from the start. He guided me through the properties that would suit me best and fortunately I have now secured a great room in an ideal area. I appreciate the effort and care he took in helping me through this. Very reliable and quick to reply to any queries 👍

Amazing guys.
The whole process was seamless. No hassle at all. Houcine was super lovely.

Here’s a fully revised version:

This is the worst agency you will ever encounter. The maintenance is a joke—no exaggeration. There’s an oven hazard, the fridge doesn’t work properly, and the bathroom is in poor shape—no functional shower handle. The doors have no locks, so using the bathroom is an issue. The intercom doesn’t work either. I lodged complaints on the 7th, and they only responded on the 19th—just to settle a review, not to fix anything. On the 27th, nothing had happened. It’s an ongoing issue. Please choose another option!

I had a great experience with CityAccommodation. David, who handled my booking, was consistently punctual, responsive, and available whenever I needed to arrange a viewing. As I was arriving from abroad, he went the extra mile and met me at the train station to give me the keys, which made everything much easier and stress-free. I highly recommend CityAccommodation, and especially David for his professionalism and support

Thank you David.

I really appreciate your time and effort you put in to show me different houses around, you are nice and kind.
Thank you Houcine.

I am so pleased with the facility you rented to me.
Many thanks Houcine

My experience with City Accomodations RE Limited was great, the host AlekSandra was really nice and told me step by step what I needed to do, also was really welcoming during the viewing of the room. Overall great experience.

The agencies had a clean property and were adjusting enough. I just wanted that a few more amenities be provided by them.Aleksandra has a good public dealing and showed me around good.

They hold my deposit back £644 for extra gas cost. Throughout my stay they never, sent emails about gas overuse. They didn’t provide receipts. Never put my deposit in the government deposit scheme. Poor maintenance culture and spoke rudely to me. Made excuses to deduct all my deposit without any damage. I recommend people to avoid their services until they start to put customers deposit in the government deposit scheme.

Very easy process - Oleksandra in particular was incredibly helpful! ☺️

Spoke with Oleksandra, who was very pleasant to work with! Answered all my questions quickly and had tons of information on the flat!

Overall great experience!

Very fast replies and very helpful :) I dealt with David and he was lovely :)))

I honestly cannot stress how much everyone should avoid City Accommodations. My experience was completely frustrating, stressful, and a waste of money. Look at their Google reviews as they stat-pad their trust pilot ones by encouraging the new tenants to finish TrustPilot reviews while paying a deposit exploiting the occupants' need to move in.

The worst was when I moved out, they tried to deduct a large portion of my deposit for damages that were already there. I had to send a formal Letter Before Action threatening to take them to small claims court before they finally refunded £210 of the £260 they tried to keep. They consistently and rudely emailed to tried to shift responsibility onto me, despite them not having a check-in inventory and me having time stamped photos of the damage!

Their argument that the agreement was a “licence” rather than a tenancy is misleading and clearly designed to avoid their legal obligations, including protecting the deposit.

The property was overpriced and poorly maintained, with mouldy bathrooms and stained carpets. The bills included only account for £100 a month for everyone which obviously won't cover a 6 bed house so they charge you extra out of your deposit.

If you’re considering renting with City Accommodations, please avoid them. Save yourself the stress, the disputes, and the money.

Everything was perfect

Olexandra who was always there either on call or WhatsApp to resolve anything till I settled down in my new house . Really very helping nature . Thanks a lot .

Oleksandra was very helpful throughout my flat search, very attentive and flexible with viewing - helped me to very quickly secure the flat I needed in London.

Oleksandra helped me.
It was grateful to find a room through City Accommodatifns!
