Trainers were said to be wide fitting…
Trainers were said to be wide fitting but not very. Undersold is bassed on some sort of grid which you can feel as you walk, trainer needs an insole to be more comfotable

Tried to cancel order within 30 mins. Given the runaround, told to ring later ‘when it reached the site’. Told they would ring me back. When they didn’t l rang again. Another put off. Finally rang some hours later . It ‘had gone for post , send it back for a refund when it arrives’ we will see if that happens. The 3 calls l made to them cost £20. Premium number.

Slipper sizing & quality.
Bought slippers from them but had to return sizes 10 & 11 now have a size 9. So sizing is very hit and miss.A bit tight on width so not ideal for wide foot but hope they'll give in time. Quality of product only ok. Sole is very hard & thin so not much padding and elastic inserts a bit sharp.
As a company Chums are very reasonable with no quibble free returns and good on delivery. Hope they are successful but need to improve quality control.

I ordered 2 pairs viscose trousers
I ordered 2 pairs viscose trousers, then saw the terrible reviews for Chums, so was worried. When they came they were very creased and I don't 'do' ironing, but I washed them and the creases came out and wearing them made them smooth. I was so pleased that I also bought a kimono jacket to match one pair of the trousers. I've deducted a star because one pair of trousers was a little shorter than the other and not quite so well made.
