Absolutely abysmal returns/exchange…
Absolutely abysmal returns/exchange service.
Ordered a coat which was unfortunately too big so we returned it next day for an exchange over a month ago. Have spoken to customer service who advise that the process can take up to 30 days.
We have asked for a straight refund as we no longer require the coat. Again advised that this will take 30 days also.

I tried to place an order 3 times and each time I got the message 404 error try again later. I checked my credit card and there were 3 entries for the order amount. I tried to ring but the line was closed. Later I received emails confirming the 3 orders. I phoned the next morning as soon as the office opened and was told the 2 orders I did not want could not be cancelled and to return the items when I received them for a refund. I have now been waiting 2 weeks for the refund and it should be 3-5 days. Unusual for Atlas for Men but disappointing after years of being a loyal customer.
