This Agent cares only about your fees nothing else!!!!!
I have had murders with them over my deposit even wanted to charge me for leaving Dishwasher Tablets for the next Tenant.
Just paid a £75 pound checkout fee which is a first in 8 years renting.
I left my place in better condition than it was handed over to me, they don't care about making sure the Tenant is ok just want to charge you for nothing.
Rent through them at your own risk !!!!!!!!!

I have been renting through CGT …
I have been renting through CGT Quedgeley for 7 Years and can not recommend them enough. When me and my partner found out we were expecting a baby we needed a bigger property (we were already renting off CGT at the time). i contacted CGT Quedgeley explaining this situation and they remained in contact with me and would call when they thought any properties that would suit our family came available. They truly went above and beyond for us. We are now happy in our new home thanks to all the girls in Quedgeley.

Save yourself the grief
After 15 years of rental all over the UK, I would never recommend CGT. Moved into a well presented house with a newborn and after a month it was clear this property was not fit with several rooms with black mould (regardless of venting). Issue raised and was clear it would be painted over by the maintenance team; as done so multiple times as told by said team. Once left the property they took 6 months to agree costs of repairs. They released our deposit in two stages both without our knowledge or consent!! Meaning it’s unlikely they are putting out deposits in an independent secure account as required!! All this is done with the bare minimum of communication and when you try and chase someone they are either on holiday for 2 months or have left the company, not great customer service. I should point out that we do also know that it’s very much the same as a landlord, the landlord in question here has taken their business elsewhere after years of messing around! They maybe the cheaper estate agents in Gloucestershire, but you do pay the price in other ways!
