Disgusting company. Read all bad reviews before using, they are scum. They will steal your deposit, lie and offer zero assistance if you have any issues at all. Avoid like the plague, seriously, I wish I believed the bad reviews but I took a chance. Hell ever since.

We were totally satisfied with our previous experience this year of Talia Kenney, and the others in the great CGT Quedgeley team , so we had no hesitation in asking them to find us a new tenant for a second property. Talia is always on the ball and is friendly , competent and a pleasure to deal with. When any of our other properties become vacant we will be returning yet again to CGT Quedgeley.

Like so many here I’ve not had a response to any of the emails I sent regarding a rental property.

i'm a portfolio landlord and enquired about a rental property CGT Lettings have for sale.

I arranged a viewing and requested some additional information about the property for which I was promised a callback. No surprise to hear that there was no callback with any additional information.

I didn't bother chasing and thought I would ask the questions during the viewing, only for the viewing to be cancelled 10 minutes before the start time via email! Baring in mind I was waiting outside the property when I received the email as like any normal sensible person I left with plenty of time to ensure I wasn't late.
The reason for the cancellation is they didn't have the keys as they weren't provided by the other agent, though I can't find any online evidence of dual marketing. Despite not being provided the keys, you'd think they would call me the day before to rearrange or actually collect the keys from the other agent beforehand as they've had the best part of a week from initial enquiry to viewing.

If this is the competency level at this early stage, I'm not going to bother pursuing the property so I'm going to look for others with estate agents that can actually competently do their job.

Excellent service and advice in letting our property. Great communication and support. Most professional.

Easy enough to rent from.
The follow up is bad, no or slow replies when reporting issues.
Their maintenance team were rude and incompetent.
Had water company out instead who confirmed significant issues at the property. All ignored.
We left.
Full house inspection annually very invasive.
Would not recommend.

Lie,ing scum bags. They rent out properties that are unfit for purpose. I've had the radiator fall of the wall. Gas mains are illegaly placed 2ft from my cooker. I've had no shower for 3 months. Leaking water pipes. 30mm gaps under 2 fire doors. Faulty co2 detectors. I replaced the lock that was hanging of the door. Gave them new keys, they have lost them and been demanding new one ever since. They ate now evicting me because I refuse to supply them until they tell who has the keys iv supplied them all ready. I don't feel safe knowing someone has keys to my property and they don't no who. Stay well clear of these clowns.

I would highly recommend CGT to anyone looking to rent/buy.

We have rented for 9 months as we renovated our own property, property was dirty and had holes in carpet, we replaced carpets cleaned and decorated prior to moving in. Whilst we lived at the property we had no issues. Once we moved out we cleaned again etc etc, property was better than when we took it. CGT want to deduct £85 to release £1615 deposit, as I said I don’t agree they have cut all communication, Gemma Foley won’t reply to emails, I have requested a repayment through the despot scheme which will take to October. Avoid this letting agent.

Amazing staff and service from the whole team! My partner and I were looking for our first rented property and had a few viewings with CGT. Becky was nothing but amazing throughout the whole process and really helped us find the best property for our first home.Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Poor service, poor managed property by CGT Quedgely. When leaving the property in a fantastic condition, better than when I moved into it they tried to bill me £400 for someone to clean? What absolute rubbish! Will do anything to get their hands on money! I will never use CGT again nor will I recommend them to anyone else! Disgusted. They have no care for their clients, it's all about money.

I send 23 emails, and force them to reply me , they don’t Answer my calls , went to office , explain my point and logic show them proof , Talk to Branch Manger as well , Still Everyone ignored me.
So Yes they scam me they cheated me .
Paid £600 + £1170+ 273£ To go away !

Same thing London Road Branch total disgrace! Will charge for additional cleaning and go against there own reports trust me fight them they can't win as the law sides with you. Take pictures and logs of everything when you leave
