Bad company. Dodgy return policy. Substandard product. Overpriced products - believe me it would add up to much more than advertised...with their transport costs....US dollar conversions...Be warned, best avoided, or learn the hard way!! I did.

I ordered a case for my husband and for me for our Moto G Stylus phones. The item was Rubberized Hybrid Shock Absorption Protective Case With Rotatable Ring Stand. His, the blue was as pictured, but my green arrived TOTALLY different. The photo showed a sharp metallic green and it ended up being hospital gown mint. Yes, I had the option to return it, but it would have cost almost the amount of the case to pay for shipping. Because I had a coupon, I was offered another case up to $5.49, but my only two options were cheap blue or clear cases. UGH!

I received the wrong size Armor case for my Samsung Galaxy A20s, when I reported it to you the person texting me back was a smart ass to me which I did not appreciate, I still have the case, I cant use it at all. I just wanted to be clear as to why I only gave you 1 star and apparently i'm just out over $20 yet the ad said the case was for a
A20s but after I ordered it, received it, tried to put it on my phone it was too small, and only after all that I was told in a text first that it will fit then in the same text I was told "we dont sell cases for the A20s phone" I certainly would not have ordered it if the ad had not said it was for the A20s.

Worst customer service ever. I am not going to give you all of the details because the number of things they did wrong would take too much time to explain in detail. Just to say, this was easily the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I try to give businesses the benefit of a doubt and give them the opportunity to fix the issue. They are completely uninterested in helping you with any return. If you do take a chance and buy something from them I hope you love it, because if you try and return it you will never see your money again and you will be completely frustrated with easily the worst experience I have had with a "company". Good luck.

This company has terrible customer service for returns. I have been trying to send back a new case and they have given me the run around using every excuse in the world not to assist me. The latest one being they are short staffed. DO NOT DO BUISSNESS WITH THEM

Buyer Beware. I purchased a case for my Samsung Note 20 6.9. So that is the way I searched on their site. I placed my order and I was sent the Samsung S20. Well, in order for me to return it, they are asking for a 20% restocking fee and I also have to return on my dime. Needless to say they were not budging. Please note that the product I received is made of cheap plastic. I should have known at $19.

No star. Received my fourth attempt of a replacement for a tempered glass phone cover. Cellular Outfitter still cannot get it right. Shattered all four times upon receiving.

i don't like their hidden charges please mention it before

Layers don't trap yourself with attractive low pricing. They show you total and then when they process it they add hidden charges for shipping. They add for each item shipping charges. I have hard time to despite the charges with PayPal. I cancel the charges through my chase bank.
On top of that shipment never arrived.

Hidden fees everywhere confirmed the purchase 7-8 dollars after that showed up 5$ shipping fee and 2$ fee after every single item...
28 dollars
luckily i used pay pal so hopefully i get back my money

Same as the rest of you. Order sitting in Bensonville, IL since July 7, 2020 and they won't check to see where it is.

August 7th, 2020. Still don't have and they won't refund so contacting Better Business Bureau.

August 12th, 2020. I asked them for a refund and received another message from cellular outfitter that they investigated and found that the ordered item is lost and are replacing at no-cost . But I paid to receive. Waiting on refund.

I did not receive the phone case I ordered they sent me the purple and pink glitter phone case instead of the Keel purple phone case. They only responded me saying they received my text I cannot take a picture of it because it's on the phone right now my phone number is 847-867-8666

I placed an order on July 7th. It was shipped and a tracking number provided. It has sat in a post office in Baltimore for 2 weeks. Have emailed them numerous times, got a few responses but no response to my last one asking for a full refund. Will be contacting the BBB tomorrow. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned.

i should have checked customer reviews before ordering. The shipping charge for items was more than the cost of the very small items. The cell phone protector was not the advertised size. the 4 chargers are not compatible with anything currently in use. The door openers are so flimsy that will snap if used. It would cost me more to return and then not sure of a possible refund. Service abominable. There is no person to talk to. Email communication is terrible at best. I was told company is family owned so should take that into consideration. My budget and personal accounts are family owned as well so I have little sympathy!

Horrible customer service. I never received my items or refund. I will never buy from them again.

Just wanted a case for a Samsung 10e. Ordered May 20th. They said it shipped the next day. Got nothing. Asked where it was May 29th. They said on its way on June 4th. On June 12th, they said they didn't have the product, and I could get a refund. Asked for a refund June 13th, June 19th, June 27th. No responses to those 3 emails!

Ordered a phone case, and eventually received it. Came with a car charger for a different type of phone, so useless to me. Ring/holder on case broke after two days and they claim they can't do returns because of covid-19. Now they aren't responding to my requests.

Update: finally got a response and I am getting a refund of about half of what I paid. That might be right because I probably paid for shipping. Still, the customer service here was poor at best.
