I received my new phone case today I am very pleased with it I had no problems with it coming in the mail it came on time no delays of any kind thank you for the speedy timely manner I really appreciate it.

I gotta say- after I ordered my case, I read a bunch of bad reviews from people and got a Lil worried but my case came in two days ago and the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is cause the shipping was a Lil longer than expected but my case is good, exactly what I ordered and the sale went perfectly fine. So, thank u cellularoutfitter for a smooth transaction.

No No No! Without me confirming the order it was processed with extra shipping fee!!

Charged my account, but, did not notify me the cell case I wanted was not in supply. After contacting it took several more emails before I received another call case.

Good place to throw away money. Ordered products they advertised will fit my phone and they don't. Will not refund my shipping or pay for return shipping when it is all their mistake.

Unable to communicate directly. In order to get "chat" support you must pay $$ first before being put in contact with a live chat representative. Big concern is that I opened acct with my data several months ago. At checkout my husband's gmail + AMEX number auto-populates acct and I'm unable to change it. Cancelled order, deleted account. Will shop elsewhere, somewhere I trust.

Very slow on shipping. It has taken 2 weeks to get here. I know right now there are delays but this happened last time I ordered as well.

Also you have to watch because they like to add small things to your cart, such as a 2.99 stylus. It's not much, but I didn't request it. Fortunately I noticed it and removed it before I finished the purchase.

I only bought from here because you can find cases for older phones.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 10 cases for my employees cell phones and only one came in the mail. I waited thinking it will come later but it never did. I reached out to them about the issue and they asked to see the packaging. Who keeps the packaging in this era of E commerce? Nobody who isnt a hoarder. This is clearly their tactic to take advantage of people. Never ever ever order anything from this company unless you want to be extremely frustrated and a few hundred dollars short on a product. I would avoid this company. I ordered 2 phone casses 19 days ago, and USPS still has not received them for shipping. I have requested that they call me to discuss this, as they have no phone #. No phone call, just useless emails and the person writing the emails can't even distinguish between UPS and USPS. Run Forest! RUN!

Order was incorrect. Shipping was too much. Asked for order to be corrected, and they were going to charge me! Very poor service and products.

I was stupid & order from Cellular Outfitter. Immediately, after ordering, I sent 2 emails requesting to cancel my order. Said they did NOT receive email. They preceded to ship to me. I did NOT open. They will not provide RMA for me to return. I will return & I have a great bank (BofA) that will help me with refund. I will be reporting to BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCUMBAGS.😁😁

Yesterday I ordered a case for my iphone with the understanding that there was free shipping. When I checked out I saw too late that I was being charged over $5 for shipping. I immediately emailed a request to cancel my order. I received a reply offering 50% off shipping cost, and given until "this evening" to reply or they would ship it. I tried to reply but the message was undeliverable. If they send it I will return the item and will contest the charge. Shoddy outfit.

Ordered a clear cover for my Samsung S9, it took a long time to arrive, however, I know the mail is running pretty slow right now, so I'll let that slide. Got the cover and it does fit my phone screen, but there's no way to make it stay on the phone. It literally sits on the face of my phone. Period. It falls off if as soon as I move it. It would cost me more than I spent to return it, so in the trash it goes. 😬
