Worst company ever.. Ordered a case that said 3-6 business days and now going on a month with no case garbage!!!

Garbage company. Ordered a case on May 26. It's now June 16th and still nothing. Their response is o be "patient," Horrible company. Spend the extra $20 at Best Buy. I just disputed my charge to get my money back,

I’ve been waiting damn near 2 weeks for a case that was supposed to be shipped out after 6 days. When I asked for a complimentary case ‘red’ stopped responding. I don’t care about u being short staffed...ship out the damn case like the ad says

Well, after reading these reviews...I wish I hadn't put in an order with them. If this package doesn't get to me in a few more days, I will report to consumer news and better business bureau.

Crap!! Ordered on 5-23. Says 3-6 days to get order. It's 6-14 still NO order. Customer Service is a joke. I will never order here again.

If your smart you will never order from these people period!!they took a month to send me my product,wouldnt provide me with a active shipping number so I could track it an when my order finally made it,it was broke an cheap made smh when I tried to email them an let them know they blocked me.very unprofessional!!

I ordered from the Company on May 20th.it is June12th 2020 did not get it.It was supposed to come today with UPS cost for shipping was 10dollars plus and their business is in So. Cal and I live there also.Thinking about not doing business with them again.

This company is extremely poor in their business dealings. I ordered an item with a 3 to 6 day delivery guarentee a little over a month ago and still have not received it. I emailed them a couple weeks ago to find out where my order is and they apologised and promised to ship within 24 hours and 2 weeks later still has not shipped. Now I'm asking for my money back and cant get a response. I recommend not wasting your time or money on this company.

You guys had a chance to shine during Covid-19. Don't you realize this is a lot of customers first experience with your company. Ok, my family and friends that I ordered for understand COVID 19 issues, but the LACK OF COMMUNICATION is inexcusable. The owners should've emailed customers personally. If you would've done that I would've remained a customer with much love for your company. I don't understand where the ball dropped.

Ordered on June 1 was told the item would arrive on June 8th got a tracking link showing UPS was to deliever 6/8/20 this link can from seller but appears to be fake as when I contacted UPS I was told this was not a true tracking number. The item still has not revived also when I made the purchase on June 1st the seller added items into the cart I had not but there had to remove these items in order to not be charged for them.
Sell still has not replied to my question as to where my order is!

It took almost a month for my order to come a n.v d everything was not even there I ask for a refund on my missing items but have not heard anything from them yet

Worst company I've ever did business with. 3+weeks still hasn't shipped my order. No customer support replies to my calls. Text or emails . Wish I listened to other reviews.

This site is horrible, i ordered from them and they said 5-7 business days it will be shipped.... its been 3 weeks and I've messaged customer support for a refund and to check on my phone cases and nothing. Just an email saying they have received my email... ridiculous. Never again!

Ordered 50dollars worth of items for my new phone and haven’t heard a word since. It’s only been a week but when I check my order # it hasn’t been updated since the day they took my money or the day I order. Something smells pretty bad right now. I should of read the reviews before I ordered. I still have hope but not looking good. If I don’t get it I hope they enjoy the money.

I ordered ALMOST 2 weeks ago have recieved nothing!! This company sucks i will be reversing my c/c charge DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !! THEY ARE SCAMMERS

After waiting two and a half weeks to get my order with this kind of understandable because it was during the pandemic. But my item was on hold at the shipping facility in California for over a week and I live in Kentucky. I also cancelled part of my order before it was shipped out and was due a refund of $6.that was on April 28th. It is now may 22nd and I have yet to receive a credit. Customer service keeps telling me the funds have been released to my bank, to check with them..my bank tells me they have no such credit or is one scheduled to come in. I keep emailing customer service to tell them this. They keep telling me the he same thing. That they dnt have the funds. To check w my bank...well where did the funds go? I know its not alot of money, but it's the point now that they are refusing to help me..never will I do business with them again

This company is horrible and should not be allowed to operate.
I ordered 4 phone cases and 4 screen protectors. After complaining because I never got my order delivered, I got a response on May 9th that the items where being shipped. On May 19th I finally get a delivery.
I received 2 screen protectors. That’s it.
No customer service number to call.. their text customer service line is a joke.. and I have no idea if I will ever get my items.
I am now filing a complaint on BBB and with the Attorney General of CA.
I hate companies that take advantage of their customers.
Reading the reviews on here shows me I am not alone.

Wow... that’s what I get for not reading the reviews before ordering from a website I’ve never ordered from before.
Lesson learned, guess I’ll try to get my money back as well... I’ll never again trust a company with no phone number! (Didn’t know they didn’t have one)

Scam. They put stuff in your cart you didn't order trying to trick you. They promise to ship within 24 hours. It has been over a week and they haven't shipped. Of course they take your money right away. Slow, bad service. Look elsewhere.

Update: Tomorrow will be 3 weeks and they still haven't shipped my order. They won't answer my emails either.
