I'm happy with product but shipping cost are horrendous.

Terrible purchasing experience. Shipping price did not appear in the order screen, but appeared in the confirmation. I immediately canceled the order. I received confirmation that my order was canceled and the credit would appear on my credit card. Then I receive an e-mail at 11:48 p.m. stating they credited 50% of the shipping instead of the entire order, and I had until end of night (yes, a 12 minute window) to cancel the order. Like most people, I'm sleeping well before midnight. I haven't received the item (thought the shipping had been canceled), and have requested a prepaid shipping label to return, presuming it arrives. I will never do business with this company again. There is no phone number to call to speak with anyone, only e-mail communications.

The customer service rep Claire was great and very helpful. She was very informative about the cases I was asking about.

Ordered May 14, still have not received package. Was sent UPS through Mail Innovations. USPS and UPS both claim other has it but can’t investigate except through sender. No phone number available for cellular outfitters but they want you to contact them through text. Phone number disconnected, how do you text? Lesson learned. Arrived June 8.
