I love cellular outfitter the prieces are so much better than the store.

Easy to shop on the website. They have all the phone cases a person could want.

In July, I purchased an IPhone case and screen protector. The prices were discounted for the two items, but I was somewhat dismayed to find that my shipping charges were 55% of my total purchase I am pleased with the protective phone case. However, the screen protector they sent was for a smaller phone, and was too small for the case. They requested I send photos to verify. Rather than ask me to return the item for the correct size, they wanted to up sell to a more expensive screen protector without mentioning how to return/refund the smaller protector. I have been begging them for help "to do the right thing," for six weeks, with no response from them but their automated replies. To make a mistake is understandable, but to not correct it is robbery. This is not the way a reputable company makes money! I wish I had bought retail, as it would have saved me money and disappointment. Company lacks integrity and sense of customer satisfaction. Regardless of their prices, and warm fuzzy emails, shop elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Love the protective case. It was easy to put in. It feels good to the touch and doesn't slide out of my hand any longer. Thanks

The communication regarding my shipment has been amazing. There was a great deal to choose from and the prices are right. :)

I ordered a hotpink phone cover and got the regular pink one. i asked again for this order to be corrected and again they sent me the reg pink cover. There was no trouble shooting by their staff to correct this web error. They also asked that i take a pic of the packaged phone cover i got in order for me to get this rectified. This issue was never fixed i never got the cover i ordered and you CAN'T SPEAK TO A HUMAN so therefore this is always a one sided conversation as they never drill down to fix the web issue. Very disappointed in this company and do not recommend. MOST LIKELY FROM CHINA AS USUAL

Well, this is twice. Despite the negatives. I had an absolutely fantastic experience. Twice they shipped my items in just a matter of days. Twice I was extremely satisfied. They don't just sell cell phone cases .But it is attractive, stylish, and very practical. Functional also. Well as pleasantly surprised as I am . The phone cases came on-time as promised but were the wrong case. The description stated it was for the IPhone SE but did not have a space for the on/off button on the right side of the phone. The cases themselves were awesome, it's a shame they didn't work out.

Another POS scumbag company! Ordered a case for my phone and they threw in other merchandise that I did not order. They showed the subtotal of my order without the shipping! Be very very cautious of companies that do business like that. Nobody puts their hand in my pocket!

I had a problem with an order. Customer service was very cooperative and solved my problem right away. I will order again in the future

Found what I was looking for, haven’t seen merchandise yet though in the past my iPhone case purchases have been good deals

Unable to communicate directly. In order to get "chat" support you must pay $$ first before being put in contact with a live chat representative. Big concern is that I opened acct with my data several months ago. At checkout my husband's gmail + AMEX number auto-populates acct and I'm unable to change it. Cancelled order, deleted account. Will shop elsewhere, somewhere I trust.

Product was as advertised, and arrived within a reasonable amount of time.
