Unbelievable service from Beverley Thys. This lady is such an asset to your business. From the time I called in and spoke to her to check if you had availability, to the time I placed my online and received it, she communicated with me all the way.

Was disappointed when I was given…

Was disappointed when I was given delivery dates for my device that will be within 48hrs. Only to find that after they told me the device was on stock. 2 weeks down the line after taking efforts to force them to give me explanation. They sent me an email telling me the device was out of stock. And they can't order another. And took another process to recover my money. I had a bad experience

Great experience

Perfect experience. I’m a bit on the fence about the whatsapp based support line and I would prefer for your waybill number to be made available to you from the get go, but its minor and easy to fix issues.

I was not notified when my order was…

I was not notified when my order was delivered to the store. Poor delivery tracking. Take an example from TFG group deliveries. They are exceptionally good.

price tag upon delivery

Bought the product as advertised for R2000. When it got delivered, the product packaging had a price tag that displayed the item was priced at R1600...

At the time of purchase the price of the router was R1999 , I am not sure why this item was priced at R1699 it could have been an error or a special that one of our stores was running. We apologise for this and will honour the price tag on the device. Please could you send us a picture of the tag to frankie@cellucity.co.za so we can refund you the difference.
