They lie. Said they needed my credit card information again to process a big mistake on their end. I told them I’m not comfortable giving them that information again as it’s taken weeks and weeks for them to even contact me let alone fix this. I told them to just give me my money back. They said sure we will put it back on your credit card.
So they needed the card information for an exchange to fix their mess up but already had it to put it back on my card!?!?!?🤯

I placed an order and when it came the left boot was a 9.5D and the right boot was 9.5EE. I had to take my time to wrap the package up, spend about an hour and a half to take these back to UPS (use my time and fuel). A week and a half later another order arrived and the boots had been worn and one of the boots had a sock in it. I called and explained what had happened. The lady that I talked with was nice. I explained that I would consider keeping the boots and cleaning them up if they would give a decent discount. She came back and said they would do 10%which would have been $16.05. I told her that if they would do $20.47 I would do that. She went back to the supervisor and they would NOT do $4.42 more to make a customer happy. This should tell you something!! Let me tell you if you want caring people, think about Boot Barn in Wichita Ks. (1-888-440-2668). I deal with those that are there Sunday-Wed. Another good place is Wild West in South Carolina (1-843-839-9453). Lebos is a very good place to do business (704-321-5000 Ext 105). I have a large collection and deal with a lot of folks. I always like to say something good but Cavender's needs better supervision in my opinion. I have NOT been paid anythng for writing this review but folks need to know who they are dealing with!!!!

I ordered 22 things from Cavender's clearance for Christmas presents. It was great deals. I mean Ariat mens jeans for $14.00. I was sent an email saying there was an error on their page and I would be refunded for my items. If it is on your website how can it be an error and even if it is an error you should have to honor the prices. I will never shop from this store again! This is bad business! If I could give 0 stars I definitely would.

this company’s shipping is poor. this is the longest i have had to wait on a pair of boots in my life

POOR Customer service. One product defective, returning to exchange and been getting the run around for three weeks. Never call back when they say they are going. No follow through on the Customer Service team. Super disappointing experience.

Unfortunately I ordered some boots and pants from the site and didn't receive them but there customer service was so quick and helpful in responding and giving answers to the situation. I was very pleased and thankful for that. I would recommend buying from them and doing buisness with them also. Also in the above mentioned statement it wasn't Cavenders at fault for the not received order but offered to still make it right and that shows the character of the company in itself . I'll deffinatly be back as a customer. Thanks again the lady that helped me .

We have gone into this store, in Plano , TX at least 5 times. As soon as we open our mouths with our NYC accents, they get a unprofessional attitude. I would like these people to know that we own a home here, pay taxes, are conservatives and shame on them for preaching Christian values in their products yet acting like fools. The sales are minimal and you can find many of their name brands, like panhandle in nicer stores. God bless their hearts!!! 😉🤣

I bought a hat there and they do not carry many 7 5/8 size hats,the hat I bought was good.But I can not order Cavender online because they do not have a payment term app. such as Affirm.I only use stores that allow Monthly payments like Affirm not buying a $500 hat and paying every 2 weeks for 6 weeks that for the high paid working person,Im a retired Texan and sorry Cavender but this proud Texan has to shop out of state because no western store in Texas excepts Affirm long term 3 to 12 month payments only the every two week deal for six weeks.
