They don’t let you return anything, takes 5 weeks to arrive, sizing is not real sizing. Won’t ever order anything from them again. Horrendous customer service the worst I have ever encountered.

Schade das ich diese Bewertungen nicht vorher gelesen habe , den dann hätte ich mir diesen Ärger ersparen können und mein Geld dazu!

Great service! Great dress but too big for me. I asked the custom service for advise and they answered immediately and sent me another dress for free. Thank you again for everything!

I ordered a coord set, but when it arrived, it was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. The fit was poor and it was not suitable at all. I emailed the provided address to request a return, but my emails were ignored. It has now been almost two months of chasing the company to authorise the return and guide me through the process, yet no action has been taken. My experience has been awful

Ich habe Kleider bestellt und einen völlig falschen Artikel erhalten. Statt ihren Fehler zu korrigieren, verlangt der Shop, dass der Kunde die Rücksendekosten selbst trägt, inklusive Risiko, Zollgebühren und eventueller Rückhaltekosten. Rücksendemarke? Fehlanzeige. Unterstützung? Keine.
Außerdem droht der Händler damit, den Betrag zu kürzen, wenn die Ware ihrer Meinung nach „nicht mehr sekundär verkäuflich“ ist – selbst wenn sie den falschen Artikel verschickt haben.
Diese Rücknahmebedingungen sind extrem kundenfeindlich und wirken wie Abschreckung, damit Kunden keine Rückgabe mehr versuchen.
Für mich eindeutig unseriös. Keine Empfehlung.

Worst customer service ever. I cancelled my order within the appropriate timeframe but my cancellation request remained unanswered and the order was shipped regardless. Now, Catchall is not supporting the return either and requests me to cover full cost of shipment to the US (from Germany). Cannot recommend purchasing from this store and this was certainly my last purchase as well.
