CATCHALL Arvostelua

Great service! Great dress but too big for me. I asked the custom service for advise and they answered immediately and sent me another dress for free. Thank you again for everything!

I ordered a coord set, but when it arrived, it was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. The fit was poor and it was not suitable at all. I emailed the provided address to request a return, but my emails were ignored. It has now been almost two months of chasing the company to authorise the return and guide me through the process, yet no action has been taken. My experience has been awful

Keine Empfehlung.

Worst customer service ever. I cancelled my order within the appropriate timeframe but my cancellation request remained unanswered and the order was shipped regardless. Now, Catchall is not supporting the return either and requests me to cover full cost of shipment to the US (from Germany). Cannot recommend purchasing from this store and this was certainly my last purchase as well.

Fantastic customer service!
I had an issue and it was resolved immediately after I contacted them via email
Excellent return and exchange policy
I ordered a dress. The issue was the sizing and they sent me a new dress with the size I needed for nothing.
I will definitely purchase again
They have won me as a loyal customer
Thank you catch all

Love the quality of the suit also the color was exactly was I expected
My order was exactly as I saw on their website I will shop again with CATCHALL

I love it 🤍🤍🤍 This is my favorite website for ordering dresses. The dresses are of the highest quality.❤️

Service tres rapide
Les produits de qualité 😍
Je recommande vivement
Merci Catchall

Site internet catchall @e-visa.online est frauduleux et vend des AVE pour le canada à 79,90€,
alors qu'avec le site officiel le vend 7€.
Je ne sais même pas s'il est bon. A FUIR

This company is fantastic! The dresses are lovely. I’ve ordered two from them and the sizing didn’t work out. The company was so kind and replaced the dress for me. If you’re reading this review, please take your measurements before placing an order. Each dress is beautiful and unique and the sizes are different. I would absolutely recommend this company and their lovely dresses that are so well made.

Terrible customer service. I’ve emailed multiple times regarding a return and have been completely ignored. A store that takes your money but refuses to respond when there’s an issue is unacceptable. If you value good service and accountability, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

The dresses were beautiful and the customer service is amazing. Very quick response

Excellent customer service, I ordered a dress for a wedding and when it arrived I needed the smaller size. Catchall sent me the smaller size in recorded time with no fees or returns needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone and the dress was out of this world. Thank you ☺️

Easy return & good communication. Love the clothes.

Have ordered several dresses that were very good and came on time. I had an issue with one dress with my zipper and customer service replied right away and took care of it immediately. I call that great customer service 👍

I am absolutely thrilled with this store! The dresses are stunning – elegant, feminine, and beautifully made, with high-quality fabrics and perfect tailoring. Everything looks exactly like the photos, or even better in real life. The ordering process was smooth, shipping was fast, and the packaging was thoughtful and stylish. On top of that, their customer service is exceptional: kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend this brand and will definitely shop here again!

I have received my order very quickly and it’s beautiful and excellent quality! I unfortunately needed to change the size but also my experience contacting the service team was very helpful and quick, they’re lovely. I am very happy and I Iook forward for the next purchase:)

I have bought 4 incredible dresses, I really like that they don't fool you, they are exactly as described, they are very careful with the shipping and they are pending that you receive the package, I recommend them 100%, they are also very kind to their customers.
