Car Theft Solutions Arvostelua

I called last week for a ghost alarm to be fitted and we agreed a date which worked perfectly for me , on the Sunday I changed my mind and added a tracker aswell at 9.25 pm and that was no problem at all, Louis was fantastic fitted everything brilliantly talked me threw everything I had to do. Can’t recommend this company enough! Passed the number on to 2 of my friends already. Thanks again.

Josh came on time as per mentioned over the phone prior to his attendance. The installation of the Ghost was done within the hour and a full demonstration was given before he left with any questions I had answered. Excellent service throughout. Thank you

Professional, polite and educated about the products they install. The installer made me feel I was in control and communicated the process of installation before during and on completion, also advised me that they were just one call away for help. Good job very happy with both products installed.

Absolutely amazing service!
After having a scary experience the team arrange my installation the very next day. They were polite, knowledgeable and fast. Explained exactly how it all works and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left.
A little over a week after I had the ghost installed, I actually had an attempted theft of my discovery sport, without the ghost my car would have been off my drive in about 15 seconds.
This is the best money I’ve ever spent and clearly done the job!!!
Highly recommend!

Nothing to complain about. Josh came over and fitted the immobiliser in a bit more than one hour explained everything and answered all my questions encouraging me to call if needed.
Thumbs up and many thanks!!!!!

I was very happy with the service provided. The engineer was prompt and gave me prewarning when they will be attending. They were very polite and helpful with the product. I love my new ghost and feel at peace now when I go to sleep finally haha.

Got in touch with these guys with regards to a ghost immobiliser to be fitted on my Range Rover. From the start of my enquiry to the end of the installation, I cannot fault their customer service.
On the day of installation I got a message adding where Lewis was on his previous appointment, he got to me and if I’m honest it took him longer to fill out the paperwork than it did to do the job! The available options for the code were explained repeatedly, and we were done. I now have piece of mind, that if ‘visitors’ turn up, they won’t be leaving with my car. Can’t fault these guys and would highly recommend them and the product

Definitely recommend car theft solutions
Luke & Josh were efficient and friendly. They advised me all I need to know with patients. Anytime a problem occurred, they responded efficiently
My car was broken by thieves the first time. I then had Ghost immobiliser fitted in, thieves returned to steal car but the Ghost immobiliser done its job and saved my car. 💯 % RECOMMENDED CAR THEFT SOLUTIONS -Ghost Immobiliser & Friendly service.

Husn Saroay 😊

I called car theft solutions ‘This evening’ with a problem, to note, they fitted the ghost immobiliser on my vehicle for the previous owner. What a fantastic response from luke, it turns out my issue was nothing to do with the ghost immobiliser but I’d blown a fuse messing around with a reverse camera. To come to this solution Luke helped me diagnose the issue via photos and videos on WhatsApp and he narrowed the problem down. What a cracking guy, could not recommend this company enough he went above and beyond with his response and helpfulness 👍🏼

I am extremely happy with the Ghost immobiliser fitted to my car. I was having sleepless nights after listening to work colleagues & close friends who had recently had cars stolen. I phoned Luke who put no sales pressure On me at all, he answered all my questions nothing was too much trouble. He thoroughly explained everything to me & how it all worked. I now don’t only sleep a better at night, I can also go out shopping & go into work where I can relax knowing my car will be where I left it. This has removed so much stress / worry from my life having this fitted to my car I wish me & my friends had it fitted years ago. I can enjoy my life & my car so much more. My advice after seeing the heart ache my friends has suffered after loosing her car is to get this immobiliser on your car sooner rather than later. Luke can also sort finance out and does not turn his phone off after 5pm like the bigger companies. The difference between this company and bigger companies. Outstanding customer service.

As I brought a new car my parents and friends Recommended me to get a ghost fitted as they have used Luke before they gave me his number to get it done, so I contacted him lastweek and told him that I needed it fitted he explained everything and told me his availability, he came yesterday to fit the Ghost 2 into my car, All Covid-19
measures were met he also covered my car while it was raining. He was very professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luke to others Job well done and explained
