Car Theft Solutions Arvostelua

Really happy with my experience, the technician on site (Louis) represented the company really well and patiently explained what I had to do clearly. Only negative was communication could have been better with regard to a rough estimate on what time technician would be expected on site, but to be fair I did text the company and a fast reply for a timescale was provided.

Superb Company - great value and always excellent service. Would definitely recommend 5*

Really excellent service. The engineer was great. Explained everything clearly. Good company would highly recommend. Thanks guys

Great company! The man who came out to my home address to fit the ghost on my car was extremely professional and very polite. He explained everything to me and made sure I was very comfortable with my car and how to use my ghost.

Great to have that extra bit of security. Installed by Louis, very helpful and polite, explained everything in detail, turned up on time and didn't take to long, great customer service and care with the vehicle.

Brilliant service. Job completed within an hour. Highly recommended.

Excellent company to deal with, explained all the best options, advised in most cost effective solutions without pushing for sales to increase own profits - by their own admission they’re not there to rip us off. Honest, down to earth staff, engineer who came out - Louis - was an absolute A1 installer, everything was done with pride and due diligence. 100/100!! Will only use this company from now on and will only recommend this company! security of vans is essential for tradespeople and this company has it it down to a tee.

Fantastic service service from start to finish. Answered my call late on a Sunday evening. Gave me prices which were very good. And booked in to suit me. Engineer called on his way to advise me what time he would be there, made a very nice job of the locks also advised me to have a thatcham alarm upgrade. And gave me a better price as they was already doing work on my van, Can’t praise them enough. 5 star all day

Excellent service from start to finish. Technician Louis that fitted ghosting and a tracker to our 2 vehicles was brilliant. Highly recommend

Had the ghost immobiliser removed on Monday (17/10) off a car I was rejecting and returning to Ford the following day, can’t remember the lads name but he came just after 2 like I asked and was done about 15 minutes later no problem. I then had the ghost fitted to my next car a few days later (20/10) by Louis who’d originally fitted it to the Ford in August, same as before I can’t fault the service. Rang to let me know he was 10 minutes away, installed the ghost and explained how to use it with my new car. He’s also fitted one to my Moms car. Polite, efficient and a credit to the company. Some say it’s pricey but I say it’s essential nowadays if you want to wake up to see your car where you left it.

Really great service from CTS, called on Monday booked in for the Wednesday, Josh the tech called before hand and turned up when expected, completed in just over an hour despite the shocking weather. Took the time to explain everything afterwards and knew his stuff, second time I’ve had Ghost from CTS and would recommend to anybody! 👍

Great service! Engineer was very helpful and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants that additional reassurance!

Had my third ghost 2 fitted a few days ago. Punctual, polite and explained how it works. Works as expected. Very pleased.
