Karen has excellent customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable, she knows all the ins & outs of the industry and card terminals large and small. She knows who to call if things go wrong, she knows where to look to find the best rates and deals and she's very personable. 10/10 would recommend

Andy and Eric are always pleasant to deal with and always find us the best deal for our card payment needs. Once again they've supplied a new card machine and lower fees than before. They're always available to help and advise and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Karen was introduced to us by Mark Shearring and it was a great introduction. Karen went away to work on how she could save us money. within a couple of weeks we had transferred over to a Zettle/Paypal set up and Karen was helped us through the set up process. Great service and Karen is really easy to work with.

I have dealt with Eric for a few years now and his customer service is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble and he goes above and beyond to help . Eric explained everything well about switching to the new terminal and installing it for me . I am very pleased with the whole process and the new terminal and would highly recommend Eric .

We met with Eric to talk about our old card machines and he helped us understand our statement costs which were high, we switched to Eric and CIP and we have been very impressed with their service.
Eric has really looked after us, set up the terminals and made us some great savings.

They offer me half price for 1st 12 months but they always charge me full and this month they charge me 72 pounds just for machine even we not using machince

Our card machine company without telling me increased our rates, I questioned this but was told it was an “industry requirement for all pubs” which I thought very strange. I got recommended to Eric who came to see me next day and knew nothing about the “industry requirement” he told us all about CIP, their products and how he would look after us personally if we became a customer of his. Which we have done and the service is great, we are paying more for the card reader but our rates are lower, the big difference Eric’s there for us even at weekends, nothing too much trouble and I have passed his name to others already.

Ian Dawson was extremally helpful. He made sure we understood every possible option in enough detail so we could make an informed decision about what we were going to go for. Very easy bloke to chat too, would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Aidan. Aidan got us great prices, completed set up / installation very quickly, provided training and helped us with cancelling our existing contract. The whole process couldn't have gone any smoother.
