Brilliant customer service and very efficient

Brilliant service and a big thankyou to Andy for all his help and guidence. From the first word Andy was polite and professional , but more than anything very fast to get my terminal to me. I would recomend these guys 100%

Prices are excellent, number key pad needs to be bigger does not help fat fingers or disabled. Portal needs to be live to the minute not at some point next day for transactions, so live total without z reset on machine would be useful too or just get it all on an app

When you join them they are helpful, now I need their help they are not helpful at all. Think twice before you use them.

Very bad service from Card Industry Professionals, they are happy when you sign up with them but as soon as you want to cancel they disconnect your call. I have had to go directly to Paytek for help as I cannot get in touch with Card Industry Professionals as the keep disconnecting my calls.

The card machines don’t work as promised, the service guy who was coming last week must be lost as we still haven’t seen him and they go offline every five minutes.
We seem to be forced to pay charges for services we don’t want as ‘we have too’. Still not set up on the online portal after several weeks.

Other than these minor hiccups it’s all good

Stay away stay away only for money and they only care about locking you in a contract.

Stay away pure customer service
Absolutely teribol service and attitude we signed a contract with them we requested cancellation and pay the cancellation to Paytek £456 and they they are demanding us to sent back the or they will take things further with legal action.
When asked Paytek what we need to do with the card terminal they say nothing you can despot it as is all paid for so why this pure company CIP are treating with legal action to take the card terminal and resell it making more money from it.
I would advise to stay far away from CIP my experience it was terrible.

We have recently moved over to CIP but have found them to be extremely efficient with customer service. I have dealt with Aiden on several occasions with teething issues and have found him to be quick in responding to solve any queries.

Ian Dawson kept in touch with us over a long period of time as we were reluctant to change card providers because of a previous bad experience. Ian provided a professional and friendly service, he went out of his way to sort everything for us. He still pops in just to make sure everything is working and that we have no concerns. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ian to anyone thinking of changing.

What an amazing service I had from Ian Dawson. We needed some card readers with screens we could load a menu on for outdoor events. Ian went above and beyond to get is what we needed.

From start to finish Jamie helped me get my card machine he went above and beyond to make sure I had the machine on the day of opening also with the help of sammie. Even though I was a bit of a pain lol. Couldn’t be happier

I forgot my password for the machine but I called Jamie and told him the issue and he immediately came down and helped me and I'm really happy with the service. Whenever there is an issue he'll turn up right away to help us.
