The delivery/installers were fantastic. No complaints there at all. Our sales person, Melvin Gonsalves, neglected to point out that we needed to mearsure the length of our dryer vent hose. So the one the men brought was too short and they were unable to install. So we had to do it ourselves. Simple mistakes like that leave a bad impression. Details, even simple ones, are what give a company a good reputation for thoroughness and professionalism.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received regarding Order T4048945 at the Etobicoke location.

Unfortunately, my experience with the salesperson was very disappointing and did not meet the level of professionalism or customer service I have come to expect from Canadian Appliance. I felt that the salesperson was not transparent with me regarding the pricing and discount. I was quoted a higher price by this salesperson, while the online sales representative, Anna, provided me with a lower price. When I questioned the difference, I was told that I had already received a discount, which I found concerning because the pricing information did not appear to be consistent.

I have been a regular Canadian Appliance customer, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I have previously expected professional, honest, and respectful service, but unfortunately, that was not my experience this time. I actually wish I had completed my purchase through Anna, as she was professional, helpful, transparent, and provided me with a better price.

I was also very concerned about the conduct of the installation team. During the installation of my washing machine and dryer, the installer asked for beer while he was working. I found this highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I would appreciate clarification regarding whether this type of conduct is consistent with your company's expectations for employees or contractors working in customers' homes.

Another issue was the lack of follow-up from the Etobicoke location. I was told that someone would call me, but I never received the promised call. If a customer is told that they will be contacted, I believe the company should follow through. Failing to do so creates a very poor customer experience and gives the impression that the customer's concerns are not being taken seriously.

I am also concerned about the overall quality of service I received and whether sufficient training and supervision are being provided to staff at this location. I believe employees representing Canadian Appliance should demonstrate professionalism, honesty, courtesy, product knowledge, and respect toward customers.

I am not writing this complaint simply to criticize the employees. I am providing this feedback because I have been a customer and would like to see Canadian Appliance maintain the level of service and reputation that customers expect from the company.

I would appreciate it if management could review my experience, including the pricing discrepancy, the salesperson's conduct, the installation team's behaviour, and the lack of follow-up from the Etobicoke location.

I would also appreciate a response explaining how these concerns will be addressed. I hope Canadian Appliance will take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve staff training, customer service, and accountability at this location.

Our sales rep was very pleasant and well organized. We were served the minute we arrived in the store. He found that the freezer we wanted was in stock. So our sale was quickly arranged and the product was delivered to our home less than 72 hours later.

Tim my salesperson was highly knowledgeable, and made the analysis paralysis that I was going through for 6 weeks disappear. I was able to quickly make a decision and order my new replacement unit.

The delivery guys were absolutely phenomenal, the delivery time got changed to earlier the same day and I was annoyed having to rush home. But their demeanor, humour and attitude turned my experience around and made it an extremely positive one. They deserve recognition for this.

Our sales rep. was very helpful and informative but not pushy. He allowed us to make up our own minds but was there to answer any questions.
Delivery of the new appliances came during the 3 hour window we were provided.
Delivery and installation was fast and efficient. Removal of the old appliances was equally so. The delivery people cleaned up any packaging and left us with two shiny appliances. All we had to do was turn them on.

Salesman’s knowledge and experience aided us in choosing a great alternative to what we were thinking, which was an incredible price at the same time. Delivery arranged for next day that resolved our not having a refrigerator for the long weekend.

Our salesman Tim was very helpful and made our shopping experience very pleasant. He never tried to upsell us but guided us to an appliance that best met our needs.

The reply to any questions about the washer came very quickly.

Our sales rep Miranda provided us options and details necessary to make our decision. All this without high pressure tactics. Service was excellent.
The delivery crew were prompt, knowledgeable and efficient.

The sales person was very helpful in placing our order and getting the appliance to us in a timely manner. The delivery team was knowledgable and placed the machine on it's pedestal as requested.
