Canadian Appliance Source did an outstanding job! Michael Wu was very helpful throughout the process and all products worked as advertised. Delivery of the products arrived as planned and an excellent condition. Install was a breeze. We truly loved the experience. I would 100% recommend to anyone that is interested in buying appliances.

Andrew was a very helpful and knowledgeable sales person. Our delivery men were exceptional. The fridge had to be delivered into our basement, which was not easy and the old one removed. They were extremely professional and courtesy. Great experience overall

Do not purchase a product from Canadian Appliance Source. I purchased a washer. I wanted to change the model but could not reach the salesperson. I was told no one in the company could change it except him. I had to cancel my delivery as he hadn’t got back to me. I made 5 calls and sent 11 emails to various people in the company. It went on for three weeks with no resolution. Finally I was referred to another salesperson who magically could change the order. This means that every person I had contacted had lied. I finally received my washer after another week. I asked for compensation for time and frustration and was awarded a whopping $65 for all my time. Although prices are not bad once you have purchased you mean absolutely nothing to the company. I would hate to see what would happen if you needed a warranty repair or assistance. Buyer beware. Go elsewhere.

Overall, I would rate the service as exceptional: friendly, professional and unbelievable fastI found the CAS website through a Google Search; it was the 3rd major supplier I visited (have previously bought from the other 2). I visited the site on a Thursday afternoon; I had narrowed down my preferences, and then logged on to the Chat function where I interacted with Ruby. Her information was clear, she provided options and then invited me to call her direct line when we were close to making a decision. Friday morning, we confirmed our choice of a washer/dryer combo, and by late afternoon on Saturday everything was installed. The delivery and installation team were also excellent - friendly, professional and competent. To top it off, it was the best price of all the places we checked with.

Competitive prices. I purchased my washing machine on the Friday night at 8:00 p.m. and it was delivered the following day by 6:00 p.m. the delivery team was fantastic they made sure to install everything so that all I had to do was press start.

The purchase experience was perfect. Vishu has been wonderful and very helpful.
Delivery, however, not as good as we originally thought. The men were quick, tidy and polite. Later we found out that they didn't actually plug the stove completely into the socket, they did not install the security bracket and if there was a manual in the box they did not give it to us. Took several phone calls to customer service over several hours to finally have them mail the proper manual to us. They insisted on the serial number of the stove and we could not find it. Two days later when we did my husband 83 years old had to get down on his belly to find it on the inside back of the low oven drawer. Stupid place to put it. Love the stove though.
