We have installed it and all seems to be very good. It is a little challenging to get remote working properly but my husband got it. It looks great and was cheaper than the taxes were going to be for one we had been quoted made and installed.

Assembly less than perfect
We had a few issues with assembling the ramp. But it is quite sturdy and it has made life easier for our dog. Our dog is only 25 lb but we chose the largest ramp because it matches the height of our bed.
