Great purchase experience then come the delivery and installation negatives
The experience at the store was perfect and if it was just that alone then this review would have been a five star review. My negative experience was from the installation of the gas range. There was an extra charge for a "license" I was not told about. The installer will not come unless I pay for this ahead of time. Once here they had to be "told" to change the old hose or he would have just left it because in his words it was still "ok to use". This was part of the package and should have been automatic. The delivery of the fridge created a hole on my wall and there was no acknowledgement or offers to repair it so that is also a negative experience.

The delivery personnel were very polite…
The delivery personnel were very polite but could not complete the removal of the then present washer & dryer.No answer from CAS after many attempts.
Due to space available at entrance to condo, the necessity of placement for the washer & dryer could not be delayed & thus I had to hire an alternative company to remove the dryer vent & the washer & dryer that was being replaced. The alternate company also had to install the new washer & dryer
at a cost . CAS finally replied by phone the following day & would install the following week.
I was having overnight visitors arriving on Sunday so I did not have a choice. On Monday,March 16th., I received an evaluation of my experience with CAS
& I expressed my frustation especially only a recorded message on the phone.I am confident this was not a planned event & neither for me as the cost was $1350.for the installation & removal of the
replaced washer & dryer. I received an email from CAS also sent me an email advising me of the delivery of my washer & dryer on March 16 or 17th.
My experience has resulted in my being very reticent of recommending CAS. Annamae Clarke.

The buying experience was great but…
The buying experience was great. Quick and easy interaction with the salesman and he didnt try to push or upsell us. I would give my buying experience 5/5 stars.
As for the delivery experience i would give it 1/5 stars.
The delivery came 20 minutes earlier than they stated their earliest arrival so my wife was not ready for them.
When they removed my old washer water spilled out onto the floor, instead of cleaning the water they proceeded to install my new washer on top of the puddle they had just created.
After the install they just told my wife theirs a leak and she needs to call a plumber. There was no leak before, I ended up fixing the connections when i got home.
My wife noticed the large puddle under our new washer and called the delivery mans number to try ask him to come back to move the washer out so she could clean the puddle since i was not home and she was unable to move the new washer. He told her twice he would contact his boss and call her back. They never called back.
I will be hesitant to purchase from here again due to the bad delivery service.

Diksha Mitter was able to answer all our questions. Was able to provide other options. Took the time to listen what we were looking for. So far the range we chose is working fine.
The only critique with this Samsung product when you go on their website, ranges do not come up nor do the instructions included tell you a simple thing like how to set the clock. After spending over an hour and googling you tube we figured it out.
