Business Waste Arvostelua

Okay service until something goes wrong and then you get nothing but hassle. They missed about 6 months worth of collections but continued charging for them. It took a further 3 months to resolve and even then they claimed they couldn't refund a portion of the missed collections. In total I probably dealt with 8 different people and sent 80 emails to try to resolve this.

Very pleased with the efficiency and communication when setting up an account for our new showroom. Declan and Toby were very helpful and stayed in touch to make sure the process ran smoothly.

This company used to be excellent for years we had a good service - they have recently been taken over and the service has deteriorated to dreadful. Staff from the company have told us how huge changes and cuts have been made and that's why its turned into such a poor company. Customers should be aware that their contract allows them to miss collections without being in breach - in other words they can "not collect waste" without penalty - Avoid at all costs.

★★★★★ Victor Almeida sorted a waste recovery for one of our sites at really short notice and kept us updated the whole way through. Quick, easy to deal with, professional and genuinely helpful. Exactly what you want from a supplier. Thanks Victor.

Leon’s customer service over the last day has been amazing no question was too much for him. Great company would definitely recommend

Leon was very kind and helpful, he replied fast and he sent me follow up messages during the process. Thank you for your help!

Maya was friendly and efficient and resolved the issue without a hitch. Very satisfied!

This the the second time I've used this Company because the first time I was so impressed by the efficient staff who processed my request, all of whom seemed to actually care about the service they were providing, SUCH a rarity these days. From Molly Jennings taking my initial call, I was then swiftly handed over to the Logistics team and into the care of the wonderful Lauren McCready who provided an excellent service this time and last, and then Heather Tabois, both of whom then kept in touch all the way along and provided a truly excellent service. Important to give praise where it's due. They all deserve a pat on the back for doing a great job! Well done to the whole Team!

Business Waste have been incredibly helpful with our waste management needs. We operate in the antiques sector in York and required a specialist glass collection service, which they were able to arrange after taking the time to research the best solution for us. Alongside this, they provided our general waste and recycling collections, all of which were reliable and hassle-free. The customer service has always been excellent and I’d happily recommend Business Waste to other businesses looking for a dependable waste management provider.
