Bought these flowers in early September, still in full bloom after two weeks! Great value for money. will definately be using again.

As usual it was a lovely arrangement. My friend was very happy.

Used this service several times, as usual it was exemplary. Delivered at time and date specified with a notification by email.

Flowers arrived in excellent condition and on time. Usual excellent service.

Was so easy to order online. Was bought for a birthday present and the recipient was very happy with the flowers. She said there was a good variety and lasted for a long time. I found that they were great value for money and were delivered on the day I asked for.

Flowers beautiful, and making a personal card to go with them, was great.

I have ordered flowers twice for my mum, she has always been happy with them and says they are fresh and last along time

Bought a bouquet of flowers which were delivered promptly but absolutely not like what I had ordered, this bouquet was simple and looked like something you could buy in a supermarket.

Contacted customer service who sent a replacement bouquet out promptly and it bears a resemblance to what was ordered. However, it still lacked the variety of flowers and the bright colour that was shown on the website.

Ordered flowers on the 26th August to be delivered 7th Sept & guess what no show. What a rubbish service delivering flowers after requested date. I would of preferred they had been delivered early. Don’t see why you should have to pay a ridiculously high post rate for guaranteed delivery date expensive as it is. Customer Service operator no help or apology what so ever, completely useless will be moving to Wild & Bloom in future who offer a fantastic service. I have used Bunches many times before with no problem but never again. So disappointed as it was for my aunt who is 84 today. I will no longer recommend to friends or family a complete waste of space & rubbish service. If I could give 0 stars I would. The reply is too little too late this is an automated reply no genuine compassion or admission of failure. Bunches used to be so reliable with a great service obviously don’t care about providing a great service now & loyal customers mean nothing. Good job plenty other flower providers care about customer service

Beautiful flowers, delivered on time and user friendly site.

First time using this company. Reasonable prices. The flowers were for my friend so I didn’t see them when received but she said they are lovely. I selected a delivery date which was a Sunday as she would be home but they were delivered on the following Tuesday. Therefore sat outside all day. The Monday was a bank holiday. The Sunday was offered as a delivery date. I received a notification later that day to say they couldn’t deliver that day. However, I would use again

Delivery was prompt & on time.

Whilst the service is great & timely the actual bouquet (Florentina) was very disappointing ☹️. For virtually £42 it’s a very small bouquet & the roses in particular were very sad looking & pretty much dead on arrival. This was a birthday present for my wife so overall a real disappointment.
