Recently used Buggs Car Hire in Limoge. Can’t recommend them highly enough. We received a warm, friendly welcome and were provided with an immaculate top spec Ford EcoSport. Fantastic service, great prices, excellent staff, will certainly be using them again!

Excellent service from start to finish at Limoges. Have always used alternative companies in the past due to reading negative reviews about Buggs. Very glad we took the chance as we will only use this company from now on. They have no queues when getting the car, which other companies have, a huge plus. The lady was polite and showed us around the car and inspected it with us. The car was an immaculate top of the range Ford Kuga which was fantastic and a fraction of the price of other companies. Hand in was easy and again the car was inspected with us there. I am about to book again for winter. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Buggs.

I hired a Ford Kuga from Buggs Limoges in August 2019, Everything was brilliant, friendly helpful service, easy to book, easy to pick up and easy to return. The car was tip top and not basic like I expected even though it was cheaper than any other quotes. I would not hesitate to use Buggs again, nor to recommend them.

I hired a car from Buggs for the past week and couldn't be happier with the experience. It was my first time hiring a car and I was slightly nervous about the whole thing, but from start to finish Buggs were great.

I booked quite late - two days before - so emailed Buggs for the available cars, I received a very prompt reply and was guided through the bookings process. Upon arrival at their Limoges office, I was greeted by a lovely member of the team called Amanda, who explained all the paperwork, took my deposit (on debit card - huge plus!), gave me some tips for driving in France and showed me to the car. When I returned, Amanda promptly checked the car, signed it off and I was on my way! Stress free and very friendly service - I'll definitely be using Buggs again!

Hired a car from Buggs at Bergerac airport. Pick up was very quick and easy, car was good, return was also very straightforward.

Having spent a lovely couple of days in France with a “fun sport” car following a polite and efficient pick up we experienced what can only be described as appalling abuse by the Buggs rep Amanda on dropping the car off! Having not been able to access the correct car park (despite pressing the green button the machine a number of times) we parked the car in (albeit) a tight spot in an alternative car hire car park. We were then met by Amanda who shouted and ranted for 10-15 minutes about our inability to park in the right place and the fact we were 15 minutes late! I have never experienced behaviour like it from an employee of a service company! I would not recommend using Buggs until they manage the anger management issues of their staff and provide some customer service training!

I must admit to being surprised by your response to my review. However the tone of the response mirrors the way in which we were treated by your representative. I absolutely refute that we were in any way rude to your rep and we both did remain calm whilst we were ranted and shouted at! We had to that point had a good experience of Buggs and a great weekend which certainly had the edge taken off it by the way we were spoken to/treated. I would have expected you to offer an apology/opportunity for us to discuss our experience with you as helpful feedback rather than lay the blame at our door when we simply parked in the wrong place having been unable to access the correct car park. I only gave the first name of your rep in my feedback (which was displayed on a name badge on her t-shirt) so that you could investigate the incident and the tit for tat action of naming my partner who has emailed you separately (and had no response to his email) again mirrors the aggressive and unprofessional way in which we were dealt with. I would also suggest that you review the GDPR implications of naming one of your clients without his permission and would respectfully suggest you amend your post to reflect the fact that you have not obtained his consent before identifying him as a client.

We would be happy to discuss the matter further with the Limoges Manager, who in contrast provided very good customer service whilst we were picking the car up, should he wish to make contact.

We booked a car from another firm and they gave the car to someone else, so we were told we would have to use Buggs this was in limoges France. We could not have been happier got a better service better car and you could not meet a more helpful company. We had been everywhere in the car and we felt bad it was dirty but again they did not moan. If you need a hire car and good service go to Buggs 100%

We had a great experience with Buggs. The service was good throughout booking, pick up and drop off. Friendly and helpful staff made it a really quick and easy process, especially compared to the long wait and queues we've had previously using bigger companies such as Avis. I would definitely book with them again. Highly recommended.

I should have reviewed this company a year ago but thought car hire companies were mostly the same.
This couldn't be further from the truth and after renting a car from Goldcar through Holiday Autos I wouldn't use any other company than Buggs for holidays in France.
With Buggs what you see is what you get. No hidden extras and not blackmailed into buying insurance you don't need. They are so straightforward to deal with. Hopefully they will have an outlet at Toulouse Airport soon but would rather fly to Limoges and drive south rather than use Holiday Autos.

We have just rented a car from this company at Bergerac Airport and they were absolutely brilliant. The cheapest by miles, really friendly service and a great little car. There are lots of rental companies to choose from at Bergerac but they are all way more expensive. I can thoroughly recommend Buggs if you're looking for a great deal and friendly service. Thanks!
