J'ai loué une voiture à l'aéroport de Limoges. Tout s'est parfaitement bien passé; la remise de la voiture, le suivi client ainsi que le retour du véhicule. Buggs hire car propose un tarif très intéressant ainsi qu'un excellent service client. Je recommande cette société de location de voitures.

We hired a beautiful silver ST Line Ford Focus estate from Buggs, Limoges and it was presented immaculately , however it didn't last long (about 4 hours to be precise) before it had an altercation with my father in laws gate ! 3mph impact - scratched but not dented the wing but it was the impact on the wheel that damaged the suspension. Rescue were called and arrived to recover the car within the hour . Absolutely gutted. Fortunately my father in law very kindly leant us his car so we could get back to our gite. He took an unexpected turn for the worse two days later and very sadly died in hospital with us by his bedside. Devastated and dumb founded only scratches the surface . Holiday from hell !
Buggs were amazing the way they dealt with us over the lovely Focus and they even let us hire a second car off them as we weren't now sure if Dads car was still insured .
We really had a nightmare holiday but buggs were so good to us and had our best interests at heart all the time . Humanity at its best from a company I can't rate highly enough . Thankyou again

Have hired a car from Buggs (Limoges Airport) a few times now. Have always found it to be a simple smooth and reliable process. Normally no more that 5 mins between leaving airport to driving away. Good price, great service, friendly and efficient. Would recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic service. Car was great, no issues at all plus we had a hybrid so only used €20 of fuel in 4 days. Quick and easy to get the keys and don’t get all the ‘waffle’ that other companies might do. Definitely worth getting the damage waiver. Gave car back at 2pm and by the time I got home in UK (4:30pm), the deposit was back in my account (Monzo). Thank you all

We recently hired a car through Buggs at Limoges airport. This was a very straightforward process. Unfortunately we had an incident with a brick wall in Brantôme necessitating a repair once the car was returned. This was taken with good humour by Olly and I was able to reclaim the entire cost of the event (€888) through my insurance4carhire policy. Olly was ever helpful throughout the whole process (photos, repair cost receipts etc). As a consequence I have no hesitation in recommending Buggs car hire.

I have been lucky enough to use Buggs at Limoges Airport 3 times this year, and on a fairly regular basis in recent years since "discovering" them. What marks them out is customer service. Whilst the other agencies at the Airport are good, their opening hours are limited, and may not tie in with flight arrival times. Buggs open their office as and when required, which means much greater flexibility when making travel plans. Additionally, to date, everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, efficient and helpful

5* car hire company, had booked on line prior to our holiday, picked up a stunning 5dr fiesta, had all the bells and whistles on it at Limoges airport, lovely customer service too. Highly recommend 👌

What started off well soon soured in my view. I hired a Kia Picanto for four days from Buggs based at Bergerac Airport. All seemed well until I returned the car on time, but had sustained a small scuff on the front left of the plastic bumper while parked in Bergerac town centre. I couldn’t explain as the office was locked with no one around, so I called them. Their attitude was poor to say the least. Several days went past and several emails back and forth to get an idea of how much they would deduct from my deposit… to my horror it was substantially over 300€! Significantly more than my 4-day hire!
I showed photos to an English based body work company who suggested a cost of around 200€ to rectify the damage. I feel ripped off!
Yes I did get a copy of the quote ... it was in French and in my view limited in description. And what 'other correspondence' did you send to me? I had no choice in the matter as you had my 500 euro deposit. I stand by what I say!

Hired a 7 seater vehicle from Buggs based at Limoges airport. All went well in terms of collecting the vehicle etc. The following day, I discovered the poor condition of the seat belts in the middle row of seats. Photos were sent to Buggs highlighting what I considered to be a disturbing safety issue. To my mind, they would have been a UK MOT failure. To date, I have yet to receive the courtesy of a reply / acknowledgement etc. Pretty poor. In addition, on returning the vehicle, the office was closed and there was no answer on the phone number displayed in case of issues. Someone did call back later when it was too late! Overall, a poor experience and does not inspire confidence in Buggs.

Good solid UK customer service.

I had a minor issue that was quickly resolved, Buggs chap phoned me to sort it out.

We will use them again.

I’ve never used such a friendly car hire firm. They made hiring a car a relaxing and pleasurable experience.
Having never heard of Buggs we were a bit nervous the first time we booked through them, but we needn’t have worried. We’ve used them twice now through Limoges and both times we were on our way in no time. Despite us setting the wrong collection time they just smiled and resolved it.

I had a very positive experience with buggs with being under 25 buggs were very accommodating!paper work in the office took less than 5 mins,car was in great condition,the staff were very friendly and helpful,I would 100% recommend and will definitely be using them again ,no problems what so ever!

hired a car in Bergarac over the August bank holiday weekend and the whole process could not have been simpler- office is right outside arrivals and I left my girlfriend to wait for our case whilst I sorted the car out. By the time she came out the car was already sorted. The young lady that dealt with us was super professional and super friendly and the whole process was dealt with equally well on our return. Would highly recommend and also excellent prices

Hired a car Limoges airport from buggs we got delayed and they stayed open until 11.00pm Saturday 12 august fantastic car clean and full of fuel thanks to Ollie for excellent customer service very helpful all done in 5 minutes not like the rest of them I will definitely use Buggs again thanks Dave uk

The Buggs team were very helpful and responsive in their communications and service was excellent all round. We will definitely be using them again when we fly back into Bergerac!

I hired two cars as there were 6 of us at Limoges airport, In France, Buggs stayed open to meet us getting off the plane at 9:30pm and then accommodated us when dropping the car off, so we didn't have to hang around the airport for hours after dropping the car off. The price was good, the car was a bigger car and cheaper than the other company that was not as accommodating. Buggs actually asked us what time the return flight was and rang us during the week after rearranging other car hire, that is going above and beyond service.

I used these at Bergerac airport, Great company, could not fault them, totally hassle free, really quick handover and cheaper than the bigger car rental companies, I would definitely use them again
