Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, super responisve. Buckydrop makes dream of brand drop shipping true. There are also always updates for new logistic routes, which is quite essential especially during the covid period. I would keep working with this outstanding team for sure!

I have been dropshipping for more than 5 years now.
During the first 3 years I had experience with various agents, there were technical problems with updating product in my online store, delay with shipping parcels..
Now I have been working with Buckydrop for 2 years. I'm satisfied with everything! I have more free time,Buckydrop's team helps me with any questions. What surprised me last month- they gave me 2,000 yuan for increasing sales. It's very pleasant.

I have been using Buckydrop's purchasing, warehousing and parcel-packing services for 3 years now and I am very satisfied with their service. They have a wide range of other services too (e.g. white labelling, vacuum packing) that are highly customisable and competitively priced. It takes my mind off the operations so that I can focus on growing my store. I absolutely love their customer service as well. They are highly responsive and reliable. It does take a while to navigate their user interface/website though, as there are many functions and services available. Overall, I highly recommend anyone who is starting a dropshipping store to try Buckydrop.
